@Cheap21, I think that is gonna be the seating chart for the reunion too. Honestly, I don't even think the seating chart is gonna matter anyways b/c given this messy ass season, I see Bravo not wanting to get rid of any of the women. They aren't gonna want to change this cast now that things are popping off.

The reunion is gonna be a bloodbath. I seriously think that this reunion might surpass seasons 1, 4, & 5 reunions.

I could see Cynthia leaving and for her sake, I think she should. Its best when you can leave on your own accord while on top. She's getting a very good edit this season with resolution with Peter and moving onto a new chapter in her life. She's not fighting with anyone and is in a good place. I dont see what left she has to offer other than date around or come back feuding with someone next year. She can main as a friend that films occasionally with Kenya, but she doesnt need a peach

The other 5? Yeah, Bravo will keep them. There is alot of conflict to exploit. I just hope that if Cynthia is out they are successful in finding 1 or 2 women to take her place. Mariah Huq needs to be one.

I don't see Cynthia leaving b/c I see Nene being brought back in some capacity in s10. The groundwork for her return is gradually being set into place now with her recent outings with Cynthia and Kenya.

I agree that Mariah needs to be on RHOA ... badly! She'd bring so much of the show as she's good friends with Nene and has a tense history Phaedra.

Mariah & her sister, Jewel, decorated Ayden's nursery and Phaedra stiffed them on the bill. Mariah revealed this on WWHL on her first appearance ever back on s1 of M2M.

Things only got worse when I think a year later while playing a game on WWHL w/ Andy (and I wanna say Quad), Phaedra called Mariah a slut. It's just messy...

I've always said that Phaedra projects what she does on others. How Phaedra fanatics don't see it is sad. But most of them are miserable as f-ck like she is.

But the game was along the lines of what Phaedra and the other guest thought about various Bravo stars. When Mariah's image came up, Phaedra called her some kind of slut. I wanna say that she called her a 'day old slut' or something slick.

Phaedra is just trash.

Yes! She stiffed Mariah & Jewel (Mariah's sister) the bill on the nursery they did for Ayden.

This is so juicy! I couldn't get into M2M beyond S1 (sorry), but if anybody is dying to hold a peach, it is that sh*t-stirring drama queen Mariah (in TayShanna tradition, should we call her MarKeisha?) Huq! As long as she doesn't bring her ma (tho I know Andy would have an orgasm just thinking about Mama Joyce vs. Momma Lucy).

If Nene returned, I wouldn't mind Mariah on RHoA. Mariah is actually a match for slippery Phaedra. I know Kandi says she will "go there," but Mariah actually COULD and WOULD go there and have Phaedra on notice.

I also think they need to keep Cynthia (as friend to both Nene and Kenya) and drop Sheree. Her return as a HW hasn't really worked for me. She feels more like a FOH.

I'm surprised you all didn't see these episodes of WWHL, or knew that their tiff occurred.

When it comes to Mama Lucy, I think she and Joyce would actually get along. They are very much alike, and I can see them joining forces in wreaking havoc on Phaedra.

Sheree can stay. While her story is sh-t, she earned her peach with this recent episode. Her pot-stirring technique is expertise and one to be admired. Plus, I think down the road that Sheree will be immersed in the drama just as much as anyone else. There will come a time when Sheree has to pick sides and it'll be interesting where her loyalties lie.

Also, if Bravo was to bring Mariah on, I could see her and Sheree clashing as Sheree (much like Phaedra) is good friends with Quad. I can see them having a go at Mariah on behalf of Quad.

I honestly would love Mariah on RHOA. Her, Nene, Cynthia, Kenya, and now Kandi in some sort of alliance would EPIC. Plus, Mariah said on her FB feed a week or 2 ago that she enjoys watching Kenya even though they've never met. I could see those 2 being real good friends and bonding over their dislike for Phaedra.

ETA: @Cat, Mariah was offered a peach leading into s5 of RHOA but she opted to create M2M instead.

Ahh I see ok. Interesting that she went for her own show where she could be the HBIC and have producing control (like Kyle on BH and Bethenny on NY).

Now that she's been forced off that show, would she be willing to play second fiddle to the other giant egos on RHOA? Hmm.

@Cat, she's been open to being on RHOA the past few years. She even RT'd my tweet a few weeks ago where I suggested she needs to be on RHOA.

I think she is just over M2M/Purveyors of Pop. Not only does she have to fight sh*tty cast members, but a sh*tty, shady production team too.

RHOA might be a change she needs. It'd be going from the slums (M2M) to the deluxe apartment in the sky (RHOA).

Plus, I'd LOVE to see the reactions of Quad, Heavenly, Toya, etc. if she were land a spot on RHOA. It'd cause them to have a stroke b/c they'd kill to be on RHOA too. Toya & Heavenly stay attending RHOA events where they are shooting. Quad whores herself out and has literally attached herself to Phaedra. Mariah landing a peach position would send them into a tizzy b/c they know she'd kill it.

Well, both of you summed up the reason I can't watch M2M lol. I found it overly scripted, badly acted and just... mediocre and embarrassing. It was somewhat entertaining seeing Kari act the part of Alexis Colby in an amateur theatre production of Dynasty. But Toyah was so budget. The two doctors who shared a practice seemed to be on another show altogether (probably a better one). Mariah was desperately scratching around for a pot to stir but the others were giving her nothing. Hearing that Quad was being promoted as the 'star' of S2 and S3 (I'm guessing she eventually pushed MH out) sealed it for me. I can't think of a more boring, fake-ass figurehead.

Absolutely RHoA would be a giant step up for Mariah. She'd get a vacation out of it, too.

I'd like to see Quad + Heavenly's faces if M2M got cancelled AND Mariah got onto RHOA tbh!

Well... today is the day I'm totally anti-Dorit.  Girl, bye.  She's the worst.  PK is the worst too. I can't believe Lisa V. supports her... well, I guess we'll see what Lisa V. does with her at reunion time...

I like Eden so far.  It was good to see sweet Camille.

Next week's looks so good with game night, Kim, etc.  Should be fun.

    • And Kevin Mambo beat Shemar Moore for those two Emmys. I chalk up the wins to the voters not wanting Jonathan Jackson to eventually end up with a five peat (he won 1995, 1998, 1999). These were the 1996 and 1997 Younger Actor races. 1996: Nathan Fillion, Jonathan Jackson, Kevin Mambo (winner), Shemar Moore, Joshua Morrow 1997: Steve Burton, Jonathan Jackson, Kevin Mambo (winner), Shemar Moore, Joshua Morrow

    • Today's episode was excellent. Clearly it was confrontation day and they didn't disappoint. I'm glad they didn't forget Mona in all of this and gave us an opportunity to see how she's dealing with this. A major highlight for me were the Kat and Martin scenes. Their chemistry is off the charts and I don't understand why we haven't gotten more of this. I love how they take turns calming each other down. They feel really well matched and believable as siblings. Speaking of siblings, they anvils were dropping strong that Kat and Eva are twins but I do wish someone would mention that they are essentially hood twins which might throw people off the scent.  I'm one of the people who enjoyed Joey and the gambling storyline so it was nice to see him again. It was nice to see different characters like Mona and Eva in that element instead of the usual players. When Doug arrived I don't know what hit me but I just see a funeral in his future. He seems so hopeless and has the worst luck. I just can't see him surviving the year at this rate.
    • In fiction there has become an expectation by some that every Black character should represent excellence and perfection. It's not like we are talking about a Tyler Perry show where none of the characters are happy and everyone hates each other with a passion.
    • And on rewatch, I could've done without the unsubtle praising Matt like he was the only one who ever accepted Van as she was...but TPTB and their agendas.  It was totally in character for Vanessa to shut down emotionally until she was alone. While she could be volatile, both she and Henry believed in keeping emotions private.  Thank God it's still Bryan Buffinton in the role for both Henry's and HB's funerals. It just wouldn't have been the same with Ryan Brown, who couldn't act his way out of a wet paper bag. Roll My Eyes.
    • I can probably believe the Spauldings reacting that way, as Alan barely cares about anyone but himself and maybe his family, while Amanda only had that one experience with the Coopers, but I see your point. I do think 1997 was a better year than the last 3-4 before it, for whatever that's worth. You are right about Marcus. Kevin Mambo winning two Emmies (the latter during periods where he had nothing to do) helped.
    • I think @Darn @Faulkner and others have a fair point re: it being an unfortunate look and coincidence. I can see their point about the two Black husbands in rapid succession, without much time in between. Frankly, based on the early casting notices I thought before the show's debut (and I still suspect) that Ted's crimes might be far worse than infidelity or a secret baby. That would've mixed it up more. It's a soap, people are going to cheat, but it might've given them more variety if Nicole was stepping out first. Still, I wouldn't trade the Leslie/Eva reveal material for anything right now. Still, Fanfic Account #3 is just looking for any weapon to attack the show for not accepting his unsolicited scripts. When it's not the husbands it's Martin, or Chelsea or Dani. He's seething it got renewed.
    • I'm pretty sure Lucy and Bridget never even have another scene together for the rest of the time they're both on the show. Bridget isn't even invited to the wedding! The lack of community feeling and continuity of non-romantic relationships during this period is very jarring. Characters suddenly only seem to interact with a handful of other characters, rather than characters across the canvas. I'm deep into 1997 in my watch right now and find that it's even stranger because the show goes back and forth between ignoring history in order to manufacture some kind of separation between characters (for example, at one point Amanda refers to the Coopers as a family that the Spauldings "barely know," despite her and Alan spending the better part of 1996 going to war with Buzz over 5th street, and Alan has absolutely no reaction when he finds out about something bad that's happened to Abby, which seems pretty out of character given how close they were in 95/96) and ignoring history in order to create a sense of community that doesn't quite fit (characters who couldn't stand Amanda are suddenly acting all buddy buddy with her). The wheels really feel like they're coming off in 1997 (although I know some would argue that the wheels started to come off years earlier). Watching the Marcus/Dahlia romance again from a 2025 perspective is so weird. Marcus is a full grown man who must be at least in his mid-20s and he's dating a teenager who is not only still in high school, but is still fully a year away from graduation, and no one says anything about how creepy that is. I feel like the buzz around Marcus gave the illusion that the show was more invested in him than it ever actually was. Even during his "big" story where he's arrested for Cutter's murder, he actually doesn't appear on screen very often. He's imprisoned, Griffin is brought on, other characters make a fuss about trying to get him out, but there's a long stretch of time where he doesn't appear at all. I've been keeping episode counts while I watch and between Cutter's death in mid-November of 1995 and the end of the year Marcus/Mambo only appears 7 times (and of that only twice in December).
    • The letter reading was very emotional, and Maeve really got to me too. I was a little worried because Vanessa doesn't give a speech at the funeral, which surprised me, but then we got the private letter reading and her true emotional reaction and I was satisfied there. The YouTube channel I watch these episodes on (if not on our Vault), also had upset commenters talk about how Nola's line about Henry not accepting her at first/seen as a gold-digger was totally untrue. It's sad the writers don't do their homework and give fans the respect (and the characters respect). And yep, Bill got up and spoke at the funeral too, which was nice.  I didn't even realize that was Sharon Leal until you said it!  I had to Google it. I loved Sharon Leal in Boston Public back in the day haha. LOL at your Reva/Josh ALWAYS commentary. What is RME though?
