She was prominently featured on RHONY in one episode. She was shown as a friend of either Bethenny or Kelly and they went to a fashion show together and Kelly and Bethenny got into a huge fight with Lisa in the middle. Monday on WWHL they asked Lisa if she'd join the housewives and she didn't seem interested. She said she probably wouldn't get along with Brandi and that she doesn't know how she'd fare under that type of pressure. Andy said she'd make a great housewife since she already knows them all.

I have no clue what eppy Cheap is talking about. The only fight at a show I remember is Bethenny vs. LuAnn with Kelly being embarrassed by their behavior.

It was S3, Jack. Right before the BIG Bethenny and Jill blow-up. Jill was already "mad" at Bethenny for not coming to see Bobby during his surgery, but they hadn't had a huge blowout yet. Lisa Rinna was sitting with them when Bethenny & Luann got into it. Bethenny called Luann a snake in the grass or something along that nature.

It was a quick flash. If you didn't look fast enough, you missed her.

And I'm sorry but I don't want trout mouth a** Lisa Rinna to hold a diamond, peach, orange, apple, pina colada--or whatever they hold in Miami, or her hands on her hips like the skanks of RHONJ. Just no. She tries too hard for me.

Oh yes! It was Bethenny vs Luann, not Kelly as I originally remembered. Those first three seasons were golden, but overall I still find New York the best over the 5 seasons.

I can't see Lisa Rinna on a HW show....

As for Maurico and cheating....God forgive me but if he put the moves on me I'd be hard pressed to resist that hunk of man. And I'd so ask for forgiveness afterwards. I mean he has 4 kids with Kyle...and all those years of marriage. You'd be ruining something really big/special and even IF he left Kyle in the future there would be so much baggage he'd be carrying into a new relationship....

Adrienne's party was so ridiculous and gawdy. As Brandi succinctly said..."Once you've been to one of Adrienne's promo parties....you've been to ALL of em". So on point. And she looked GORGEOUS at Lisa's house!!! I love how Brandi's style has been fabulous all season long.

Adrienne's look when Paul suggested plastic platees? PRICELESS. If looks could kill Paul would have dropped dead of a heart attack right then and there. I think its been obvious since Season 1 that Adrienne has nothing but contempt and hatred for Paul. Brandi and her thoughts on their marriage are spot on. The marriage was nothing but a business arrangement. I do feel bad for the kids tho....

Faye is PURE TRASH. HATE HER

I actually feel like i was right in giving Kim the benefit of the doubt re brandi hurting her. She makes it clear she has moved past it and beocme friends ith her, shes hurt that Kyle is so supportive of faye and adrienne because they feel attacked by brandi and doesnt care what she did to her. I see her persepctive here, its kind of similar to Lisas issue with Kyle in a way IMO

Kyle looks TERRIFIED that Faye and Lisa are talking because she knows shes a coward bitch and uses faye as the very mouth piece that faye is accusing lisa of using Brandi for. I cant at Faye trashing Lisa and then saying shes not insulting her and wouldnt do that in her home. Damn, Lisa is sharp to. She called that bitch out instantly on using the same language as kyle; Damn.

"I dont talk [!@#$%^&*] about my friends behind their back. Its the simple" Brandi is on point here and this is exactly why Lisa loves her so much as a friend. It kills Kyle. Damn, it looks like Brandi BRINGS IT again at this reunion. Kims insane clearly still on drugs ass trying to come at her and she aint having it, calling Kyle out, saying its fucked up that Taylor is a married mans girlfriend, and clearly digging deep and wrecking Kyle. Yolanda is also not having ANY of Kyles bullshit. Im assuming Kyle trying to start [!@#$%^&*] between Yolanda and Lisa is what really pissed Yolanda off in these recent blogs and its clear Lisa doesnt believe a word sisters richards have to say, thank god.

DEAD at Andy OWNING Adrienne. Basically telling people to google it. "Her final act as a housewife is not showing up tonight" He done buried her.

I've known so many people like Faye. It's a little scary. That just wears you down and drains you. She's very good at it though, points to her.

The problem with faye is she seems like a sociopath. Theres no way to discuss or even argue anything with her because she is incapable of seeing another perspective or if she can than understanding it.

That's why I recognize her. Scary times. She knows what to say and when to say it because she's always right; you can't really see the mask slip.

    • I spent years hoping we would get an oral history like the OLTL book, but it’s too late now with so many having passed away.
    • It’s also strange that it was Monica! I just don’t think of her as the staring off into space type of woman! I watched a bunch of other clips and stuff from random 1978 and 1979 episodes. I’m so used to seeing movement from Monty’s era, especially the early part, that this really is a cool relic. Pretty soon you have scenes start at the new nurses station, the elevators opening and doctors walking to the desk to get their messages from Jessie or Bobbie. People often walk towards doors while taking coats on or off, many Webber house scenes start or end with someone walking up the stairs. This episode is even more static than some of the way earlier ones I have seen, where you would have Steve or Jessie at least going from the old school nurses desk to the medicine room, Steve’s office, etc. That bland dialogue is very much like what they have now. The show picks up a lot of personality. Knowing what we know about David Hamilton and how that really started to get the ball rolling as far as viewers you really see just how vital Lesley and especially Laura were to get things moving for them. They focused on the right characters to get fast results. The show now could learn a thing or two from this.
    • It won't allow me to watch it via the link; I am only able to watch it with the app.
    • Just finished the Goldfinch. Read it in 5-6 days... and it's a huuuuge book. Well... I would rate the first 500 pages a solid 10 out of 10... but then the next 300 were kind of a letdown... so the overall impression is something like - 7/10. It's just very hard to give something a full 10 after reading A little life. Still... loved it immensely and would probably re-read it in the future. There is a movie adaptation... starring Nicole Kidman... that I haven't seen.
    • I realize I harp on this, but I think he spending is relevant. She's not just buying new wigs. She's building a mansion, she's funding a sports complex, she's paying for operations for people she doesn't know, she's caring for Peaches, she's buying apartments. We saw ?her get ONE check for ONE million dollars. That's it. I may be wrong, but I thought they said she'd get a payment every 6 months. Regardless, she could not rule the roost on $1M, and the show is not doing a good job there. Pretending that doesn't matter? I can't do that. All they had to do was add a couple lines about payouts and payments. In other news, I would love to know just how much Anita was putting into that trust as well as what investment got her what has to be an incredible return.

    • I'm honestly surprised Nikki and Victor have not divorced yet... maybe their brief opening of the marriage did something for them.

    • It reminded me of what the Pollocks got away with all the time on THE DOCTORS: long ass flashbacks that don't really add anything to the scene except time. Because, if you remove the flashback, what's left? Monica finishes packing Alan's suitcase. The end. Oh, well. At least I got to see a young Patricia Elliott (ex-Renee, OLTL) in that Aim toothpaste commercial (not to mention, a shirtless James O'Sullivan (ex-Jeff, AMC; ex-Pete, OLTL; ex-Jerry, SOMERSET) in the commercial for One-a-Day vitamins, lol).
    • Well, I can't help but think it would've been written different with CB still there
    • I could've sworn FV let other people direct either here or at OLTL. I may be wrong. IIRC Kimberly is now very active directing multi-cam/sitcom work. I'd forgotten she even did Netflix's One Day at a Time.
    • IIRC MVJ said the million was just the first piece of what Leslie got or was already owed, something they did make explicit in dialogue but not too explicit. Still, I am past worrying about it. I do think they want 30-yo elder millennial Peaches in her Sophia Petrillo wig to be a point of pathos for Leslie. In theory I am fine with that, and don't dislike Peaches despite the jarring physical disconnect and need for a recast lol. But I do think they do a lot of B&B-style whizzing from Point A to Point C with Leslie on this kind of stuff - in one scene she is raising hell, in the next she is weeping over Peaches. There's very little transition to that sometimes that allows for the nuance, and that can be done much better and they can go much deeper with Leslie (and most characters). The newer/younger audience for the show may have less issue with this kind of quick change than we do.
