Tom and Simone also have a son, and back in the early '90s when I watched I totally anticipated that little Tommy would be SORAS'd someday. Didn't happen. I remember Stephanie Williams standing behind the nurses station with a line or two, but it's the light-skinned Simone with cornrows that I remember the most. VR could definitely play her, but Simone didn't have the spunk and fire we're used to seeing from VR. They could of course change that if that's what they wanted having VR on board, but back then at least Simone was more of an Olivia than a Dru.

Lainey's supposedly on recurring but the last time she appeared was back when Liz and Lucky went to her for relationship counseling when GV was still in the role.

I'd like to see Matthew Ashford back as Tom Hardy. He is Liz and Steven's (step)uncle after all, and a SORASed Tommy would be nice too.

I wouldn't bet on the Q's getting a frontburner sl out of this. Heck i would be shocked if the Ward sisters last 6 months.

Jason being Zoe's Father would be awesome and would give the Q's something to do.

I was hoping Brooklyn would be brought back as Dante's childhood love.

I wish they would bring Richard Dean Anderson back as Liz's dad. She could be shot in could like heel her with a bag of chips and some duck tape and then take her to another planet via the Stargate.

Thus the problem with General Hospital and why it's kissin' the bottom of the ratings. The Quartermaines should always have a frontburner storyline, just like the Newman's on Y&R, the Chandlers on AMC and the Buchanan's on OLTL.

I wish Steve Burton would campaign to move his character back into the Quartermaine fold. He could hit another tree and regain his sanity when Keisha returns to GH.

I wish Rena Sofer would just come back and bring Vanessa Marcil with her. :)

I adore Richard Dean Anderson and Liz needs her father right now.

If they had any sense they would also introduce Keesha to screw with Jason and Sam, but I don't think GH would dare pair post-accident Jason, their cool hero, with a woman of color.

But more likely, they will waste these Wards the same way they did the last Justus. Minority representation is in no way a priority for this show. If you asked them they'd just say, 'what are you talking about? We feature Sonny everyday!'

I know a lot of ex black soap watchers who saying they not going to watch GH. They know what they going to do to the two black characters.

But I want to know if The ratings sky rocket pass B&B because of these two new black characters would they still not write for them or get rid of them for 6 months. This probably the only time I'll cheer on GH.

She's very pretty. I can see her working with a number of partners, if she gets the chance. I'm actually pretty optimistic that GH's attempts at diversity might stick this time around. I think it really depends on how her pairings go. That's pretty much the case for any female on this show, except for LuLu.

    • That's great to hear. Thanks. I wish that was more readily available.
    • Just learned that Clifton Davis wrote this song!  I had no idea.

    • I think even if Marland had wanted to write more for Sara/Adam, his hands would have been tied as Robert Milli was one of the actors dumped by P&G due to his age.  From the bits and pieces I've seen of that period, Sara does have a key role in the Carrie plot, and Marland briefly gave her son Tim a more important part. I'm not sure if they just gave up on Tim once Kevin Bacon left or if they never really cared. I did not even know for many years that there was an actor in the part after Kevin...and then not one, but two. The Spauldingfield video on Tim doesn't even show the last actor (Nigel Reed), which kind of says it all. Anyway, I do get the sense Marland has some use for Sara, or for Millette. It's only after he goes that she is dumped. Of course he didn't ever hire her for his other shows, so maybe I'm wrong. (then again he never hired Geraldine Court either and he seemed very fond of her) Ann is an odd character to me as she is a proto-Lillian in being defined by pining for a Bauer brother and being involved in the death of one of their wives. I do wonder what else they could have done with her. She was friends with Diane, wasn't she? They could have had Diane manipulate her against Mike, I suppose.
    • Yassss....come on Maurice and Brandon...give us nothing!!! Wow, their need to develop their craft shone like a blinding light this episode. Brandon in his Martin and Smitty scenes sounded like he was reading and the facial expressions were giving Disney Channel. He did much better against Maurice in the Martin v Ted scenes. Now, Teddd-dyy (Dana's voice) was just flat. I watched the episode just now after reading the comment on here that Maurice needs to stop swaying, and now I can't unsee it. Has it really been this bad all along?  Ambyr carries. I don't need to say anymore. I am kind of excited to see this Kat/Tomas/Eva stuff play out.  Bill is such a dick to Dani. Like that's the mother of your children that you cheated on with your daughter's best friend but you look to take those low blows. Lord! When he said that thing about it being obvious he didn't care about Dani anymore since he was the one that walked out...that was cold. I even felt for Dani. Bill definitely is all over the spectrum. You can see a villain possibly surfacing, but you also see this great father. The elder Duprees move a little funny. I'm wondering what that is all about. Are they just overly protective matriarch and patriarch because they think it's what's best for their family, or are they afraid their secrets will come out or there's something more sinister there. Why would Vernon want to keep that information from Martin?  I hope something interesting comes out of this June stuff, but as of right now, I'm not too invested. It's not helping my interest on Naomi or Jacob either. However, tge actress playing Naomi has comes a long way from day one.
    • None of the males are taking their shirts off every week, so we know they have some degree of acting skill.

    • What can I say?  I did my best.
    • Thank you for sharing. I guess Nancy was catatonic most of her time on the show, so I guess the gasps make sense, lol. I had heard Cathy and Dick DeCoit were supposed to be on the show longer, but Trish Stewart leaving changed all that.
    • @Rmodelboy Thanks for posting that On-set pic of June. She looks great, you just might be right about her being Hayley sibling.
