I feel that, during the whole Katherine/Marge thing, and for a little bit of time, Jill was... OK. Just OK. However, once there was this little thing that happened concerning, I don't know, Walton's salary/contract? and all that... hmmmm, was Jill ever the same afterwards? It's just been getting worse and worse.

Nikki will be lucky to get anything. Just look at how sidelined she is right now. Victor will get what he's always gotten under MAB.

Unless she (pleasantly) surprises us all by announcing that she's stepping down, firing her cronies, and never writing again. I would be happy with that.

It's going to be great. Lots of answers will start with "Look" or "Listen," two patronizing words I hate seeing at the front of a sentence. I'm not an idiot, don't talk down to me! If you believe in your crappy work then own it. That's something I can appreciate about a JER or JFP or Guza. They own their visions and don't bow down to anyone. MAB and co constantly misrepresent themselves on purpose.

That may be, but I bet EB is a lot happier than MTS right now. It's so obvious they wish they could get rid of her, but they are too afraid to pull the trigger thank god.

They've set it up in a way where if they do eventually get rid of her, people won't care. They've also done this with Jill and with Lauren and Jack. The problem is it's a lot easier to get rid of someone than to bring them in. I don't think I have ever seen a regime do this dismal a job with bringing in new characters. Every single one, except for Chloe (whom they seem to have given up writing for anyway), has been unpopular. Of the recasts, only rarely seen Noah and overexposed Billy seem to be liked. That's two years now of misfire after dud after yawn.

I think it's still supposed to be the fake diary stuff. Remember how they had Jack brag about it on video when Victor was leaving?

I just don't know where the enjoyment is supposed to be in the same "victories" over and over. This is like a child smashing his Play-Doh creations under his foot. And I have no idea why they have put Ashley in the firing line -- are we really supposed to get some thrill out of him "winning" against her, after all he and his son have put her through?

Here's an unpopular opinion: I wish this regime just plainly wrote Jill off this show. It's painful to watch this trainwreck. And offensive at the same time (then again, what isn't right now?).

And they can do it with Granny Cooper, too.
