Well, that was a bust.

Another Sonny wife, another dead baby.

SJB is a very talented actress - I hope she finds another job soon.

I have never been so pleased to be wrong. She was so happy in her last tweet, praising the writers that I thought all was well again. Wow! Won't miss Claudia. Won't miss SJB.

Even when Claudia did something absolutely despicable, Sarah Joy still made her motivations convincing and rational through the dialogue the writers gave her.

I'm so broken up about this. I really wish they could have come to some kind of agreement. I figured the writing was on the wall when they started testing Lisa LoCicero with Maurice.

I guess it's in God's hands now.

I still find this strange. She is one of Guza's favorites. Yet he wrote her so badly. Why would he do this to her? Maybe their relationship fractured at some point. It probably did not help that she was so open about her unhappiness.

I guess this means Cassie Layne gets the cute clothes now that Claudia's leaving the show.

I think Sarah wanted out as much as Guza. She wasn't very happy with the direction the character was going in and she only agreed to renew her contract on a year by year basis.

I love Sarah, and I hope she finds work again. But the Claudia character was botched since the beginning. The strike didn't help, nor did Guza.

This is great.

Claudia was been a waste of time and space since day one.

I think that her contract was done in January which means she probably would stopp filming in November/December.

It was a mistake to cast Sarah Brown in almost an exact character as Carly and have her in Sonny's circle from the start. It was not cute and was too confusing for the audience. Guza's decision to involve her in Michael's shooting was another mistake as was pairing her with Sonny instead of pairing her with Rick. Oh well, it is Sonny and Jason's world.
