Kelly Wood later played Mary on ATWT. It's funny, for some reason that character popped into my head last week. I was trying to remember whether or not she was killed off ATWT so I did a web search trying to find the answer with no luck. It's still bugging me trying to remember what happened to that character!

I thought Mary married Don Hughes & they left the show together around 1980 and returned together for the big 35th anniversary.

Sherry Mathis and Kelly Wood were both featured on John Gabriel's (Dr. Seneca Beaulac, RH) album, John Gabriel and Friends, which came out in 1979. I believe the album is still up for grabs on eBay.

Kelly Wood's character was the birth mother of Eric, right? Then she died and it was up to Scott and Kathy to raise him?

You mentioned David Canary. Did you know that he had played a small role on Search for Tomorrow?

I am not sure who he played, but he was on the show before he joined The Doctors, Another World, or All My Children.

Yeah, I heard he had a small role on SFT, but I'm thinking it was maybe as an under-5 or something like that. I can't find a character name for him.

Canary played a character named Arthur Benson on SFT. I don't know anything about the character, though.

I believe Arthur Benson was a producer or agent involved in making the movie You Can Love Again that used Steve Kaslo's song as it's title theme. So this was around 1978.

Thank you. That's one of the periods of SFT I am the most eager to see. I wonder if he got to work with Sherry Mathis on the show, since I read in one of the google archived articles that she took over the role of Liza sometime in the spring of 1978 - either April or May.

I was reading an old archived article and it had an interview with Patricia Smith, actress. She stated that she had appeared as a character named Cynthia that was married to a character portrayed by George Maharis. Maharis played Bud Gardner, Jo's nephew, in the 50's. I didn't know that Bud had a wife other than Janet Bergman. Anyone have any info on Cynthia?
