Members amybrickwallace
I believe some of them are still up. Just go to YT and type "search for tomorrow flood" in the search box.
Members amybrickwallace
Also, thank you, robbwolff, for confirming the debut of the new (and final) theme. I remember reading that because of pre-emptions due to the nationwide news coverage of Challenger tragedy, the new theme sequence ended up debuting on a Wednesday instead of Monday as originally scheduled.
Members amybrickwallace
Here is a 1984 clip of TR being kidnapped by Warren and Ringo, leaving it up to Travis (TR's foster father) to rescue her. This was the last hurrah (or next-to-last hurrah) for Rod Arrants as Travis. He and Jane K. really have a great parent/child dynamic here. Whoever posted this clip has a whole YT channel on women TV characters in bondage. Pretty creepy if you ask me. I just happened to find the clip on a random YT search. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mtr5Y7cFnbc Edited September 13, 2014 by amybrickwallace
Members DRW50
Those types of channels are the only places I've seen some Loving and AW clips. It's always kind of weird when you find such rare clips in such a place. Women in fur is another like that.
Members amybrickwallace
Yeah, I noticed the fur fetish channel about a year ago. Still, that's not as disturbing to me as a women in bondage channel (especially in light of the fact that I live in the Cleveland area, where three young females were held captive for over a decade), but I digress. Still, I would have liked to see the whole episode, even though Travis meets his end. At least he went out as heroically as he came in.
Members DRW50
I didn't mean to be flip. Sorry. There are channels like that for men too - Jamie in bondage clips were all over one channel (I guess Richard Bekins was just that sexy...), and some young guy from Emmerdale popped up in one too.
Members amybrickwallace
No, no offense taken. I'm surprised they don't have the clip of Sherry Mathis tied up with a snake poised to strike her with Nick D'Antoni waiting to swoop in on her on that channel. Members amybrickwallace
Hey, does anyone here remember a show from the late 80s called Werewolf? It featured future GH star John J. York in the lead role. I watched an episode of it on YT yesterday, and the female guest star was Anne Wyndham, SFT's Amy Kaslo Carson from 1975-78. The show was low-budget and cheesy, but her turn as a single mom who is abused by her alcoholic boyfriend was chilling, especially in light of what went down in the NFL this past week. I'm surprised a lot of the violence got past the censors, but maybe they weren't as vigilant since the program aired on the then-brand new Fox network. Both Anne Wyndham and Danny Cooksey (who played her preteen son) were depicted as being slapped and kicked by the no-good boyfriend, who in the end is, of course, attacked by the werewolf. I've said it before, but I would REALLY love to see footage of her, Michael Nouri and Joel Higgins from when they were on SFT. I hope some of it still exists somewhere.
Members DRW50
I remember that show. They did get away with more in those early FOX years.
Members amybrickwallace
Yeah, I thought at first due to its low budget feel and cheap production values that the show ran in first run syndication. Speaking of Anne Wyndham, I also saw her in an Our House episode opposite Doc Marlena Evans herself, Deidre Hall.

Members amybrickwallace
Thank you so much for posting these, Carl. How I wish I could actually see these storylines, especially the earliest days of the Liza/Travis romance. I wonder if ANYONE has them available.
Members amybrickwallace
Carl, would you by any chance have Rod Arrants' interview with TV Guide from August 1979 in your collection? Any interviews/articles you would have on him and/or Sherry Mathis, or the love story of Liza and Travis that you may have and are willing to post would be greatly appreciated!!
Members DRW50
I don't have that but when I have a chance I'll look and see what I may have.
