I really enjoyed the Opal/Taylor scenes - they really work well off each other.

Also happy that we had a Zendall/Ryan-free episode.

The Hubbards were awesome (except Randi - that last scene was HORRIBLE when Frankie told her that he knows she killed North --- her reaction was terrible and made the ending of that episode laughable). But Darnell really sold it today - some of his best scenes of the year (finally!).

I loved Opal & Taylor. I think Darnell is only as good as his acting partner. With Debbi & Cornelius, he can be great but put him with Denise and he sinks to her limited level.

Any Zendall/Ryan-free episode is a good one. I just wish there was one current storyline that keeps me tuning in these days, but they currently all suck!

Opal was a major hypocrite in this episode (she gave birth to Tad, so I'm not exactly shocked). She says that the way David handled the grief over losing child after child after child says a lot about his character. Hmmmm... I wonder how she'd feel about the character of that son of hers who tortured and killed a man all because Greg Madden helped Dixie put Kate up for adoption?
