Fans of "The Bold and the Beautiful" had better put their sunglasses on before viewing the episodes airing August 10th through 14th, because it will be a supernova of glamour exploding all over Jackie M's runway. Last week, we reported that the lovely Morgan Fairchild will be on hand as Dottie, a Beverly Hills socialite in cahoots with Stephanie Forrester. But now TV Guide Canada is telling us the elegance-personified that is the Lady Fairchild will be joined by a cavalcade of stars big and bigger.

First up is the splendiferous Melissa Rivers ("Tears and Laughter: The Joan and Melissa Rivers Story"; "The Celebrity Apprentice") who will be playing herself. She'll be joined by noted theme song writer Alan Thicke ("Growing Pains"; "Thicke of the Night") in his role of Rick Ginger -- as well as by one of the greatest squares in the history of "Hollywood Squares", Jim J. Bullock ("Too Close for Comfort"; "The Jim J. and Tammy Faye Show") as Sergei. But what's a fashion show without models? Donna Logan can't grace every L.A. runway, so Jackie M's lined up "America's Next Top Model" Samantha Potter to strut her stuff down the catwalk for the new spring line.

A cavalcade of stars big and bigger? Apart from the admittedly magnificent Fairchild, the dad in Growing Pains and Joan Rivers' daughter, I have never heard of any of these people.

Now... if the got that crazy Russian chick Natasha from America's Next Top Model, that would be awesome!

Cat, that's more than me!

Apart from Fairchild (barely) and Joan River's daughter, they could've pulled people off the streets, and it wouldn't have made a difference.

Never heard of Jim J. Bullock?! He's such a noted, Hollywood queen. Long before the likes of Perez, Nelson, Chris Crocker, Jim J. Bullock was a gay who had to earn his "fame."

Not to mention, he's appeared as Sirgay several times on B&B. He was Brooke/Nick's Wedding Coordinator in 2004(?), I think he organized a party for Sally and Clarke(where he flirted with Clarke), and he may have made another appearance too.

It would have made alot more sense for Jarrett to be the third judge in the "Project Runway" ripoff.

LOL! Couldn't they have used any more superfluous adjectives in that piece.

...proudly penned by Daniel Coleridge!? LOL

THis article is so bad and so late.

The fashion show is gonna be huge though. 4 days like in the good old days. Hopefully there's a sideline shocker like in the golden era.
