Why are they acting like Shaun is an angel when it comes to his brother, the doctor? Shaun worked for Vincent Jones in the gangster world in Atlantic City and he has a problem with his brother, why?

I am also liking Kyle even more every day and his interaction with Natalie and Jared was fantastic although I swear when Jared leaned in I nearly thought he was going to kiss him. I don't know why but it just seemed like it was going to happen <blush>

Shawn is being super annoying. What a hater, busting up Greg's date

Rex says Gigi cant have Stacy arrested for blackmail bc they made a deal, breaking up with Rex for Shane's life. Um isnt that what blackmail is? One person uses duress to force someone into giving something up in exchange for not suffering some type of loss, in this case Shane's life?

She's horrible. The worst teen actress Ive seen cast in a long time. Very cringeworthy. Doesnt help that the writing for her is a mess. They try way to hard to make her cool and hip and she just ends up looking ridiculous

Since I started watching OLTL again I find that Todd and Tea are the most tedious part of the show for me. I include John, Marty, Star, Cole and Blair (by association) as well. Definitely the weakest part of the show for me.

Tea can be fun on her own. When she's with Todd, nonstop shrieking and crying and Todd either ignoring her or boning her. They also like to keep up the pretense that she actually cares about his children, which is strange, since she's repeatedly hurt them, especially Starr, without much thought or care.

I'm trying to remember what they were like the last time with Roger in the role. Probably the same, minus the boning.

Agreed, but did anyone get annoyed that Blair's song and the "secondary" couples (Brody/Jess, Jared/Natalie, Todd/Tea, Cris/Layla, even Kyle/Fish) were used to build up to the "primary" couple Rex and Gigi and how it's so sad they're not together? That made me vomit a little. I enjoy most of the couples more than them.

Cristian and Layla are always the highlight of my day. :) PS I loved Blair interacting with Cristian again! That was great. It was fun seeing her out of the Todd/Tea thing.

Love in the afternoon can cover a multitude of sins! I am so indifferent to Todd and Tea but I found myself intrigued by them. I have no idea where they are planning to go with them but I bought them yesterday. I thought Shaun was a jerk for running off Greg's date but I love both Shawn and Greg so far. Jared and Natalie had the nicest moment of the montage when he was chasing her. It's so refreshing to see a young, married couple who are happy on a soap.

I can't believe Rex was so horrible to Gigi yesterday. He should have been honest with her. That was disturbing.

Love them too and they have some angst going on there. It's always nice to see Blair and Cristian scenes. I'm glad they allowed Blair to have a life outside of Todd, Tea, and Sole for a change.

    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
    • It’s not about a lack of faith and trust in MVJ, it’s about a a lack of faith and trust in Ron Carlivati, who I think can be very sneaky and manipulative when he wants to be.  And, all that “He’s just a breakdown writer” talk never changed my mind about anything, because at Days, it was “just a breakdown writer” that gave us some of the worst episodes I’ve ever seen.
