He just won't stop tweeting. Now he's on China and "the foolish leaders of the past" who let them make billions on trade.

He's actually terrorizing people over healthcare. You know what that makes him?

A Humana salesman at Walmart?

Maybe we can get him to buy a nursing home so he'll spend time there. That's where he belongs. His tweets basically sound like a dementia patient complaining because the cafeteria ran out of tapioca pudding.

IA.  On the one hand, we all know how the military REALLY feels about gays and transgendered people.  ("Don't ask, don't tell," anyone?)  But, OTOH, a soldier IS a soldier, and I think even your most hard-core, right-wing, conservative war hawk can't help but appreciate, however begrudgingly, anyone who risks life and limb in the name of protecting our country.

Slightly off topic but I have a college friend whose husband is a vet and during the election they both gave me a big education about my assumptions where the military and vets were concerned. Both the good ones and the bad ones. For example I couldn't figure out why vets would vote for Trump after his comments about McCain. They informed me it was because Hillary was campaigning on making cuts to the military. The military is their livelihood and Hillary was campaigning on attacking that. I had never considered that perspective but it makes sense. I guess what I'm saying is that we don't know how the military really feels about LGBT soldiers because, like any other group, there's a wide range of opinions.

True.  But I wasn't necessarily referring to EVERY person in the military.  I was talking mostly about the ones at the very top.  But I can see how my previous statements might come across as over-generalizing, so I do apologize for that.

That wasn't meant to be a criticism of your comment. Watching Boy Scouts and cops (Seriously...COPS?!) apologize for him reminded me of how insane this all is. Donnie is showing us the worst of those among us but he's also showing us the good ones. Even in the video of his speech to the police, there is one cop who doesn't laugh and doesn't applaud. I'd like to know who he was and what he was thinking.

Wow, even with all the low-key disparaging comments Putin tried to insinuate about Obama, I don't remember Russia taking any type of retaliatory measures...at least none on this scale. Hm. It's almost as if he thinks Trump owes him something. Hm.<_<

That's hysterical considering the US does not have 785 diplomats in Russia per Michael McFaul  former Ambassador to Russia

Politico calls Trump unbound a man without a party.

From the article:

The fear now, among Republicans in his administration and on Capitol Hill, is that Trump will turn against the party, waging rhetorical warfare against a straw-man GOP whom he blames for the legislative failures and swamp-stained inertia that has bedeviled his young presidency. It would represent a new, harsher type of triangulation, turning his base against the politicians of his own party that they elected.

That seems...appropriate.
