There was an Angie error today. Angie said that when Jessie died, she was with other men and married to one. Thats wrong as she married 2 men, Charles Harrison and Jacob Foster

Love Frankie being mad at Jessie and not seeing him as the idol, he's built him up to be. I didnt like him being so rude to Rebecca but I can understand it

David's contemplating killing himself over Babe? Puhleaze, are we actually supposed to buy this?

Im so proud of JR. When Babe died, I thought for sure we were going to get another round of Adam and JR feuding but Im so glad they are not going down that overplayed direction. JR would have been justified and it would have been so easy for it to try and get revenge, but he's doing the opposite. I like that he has forgiven Adam and seems genuine about it, yet expressed that he hasnt forgotten. He's doing this for himself and Lil A and its refreshing to see him act so brave and mature bc it looks as if he has finally grown up. I think this is probably the first time since JY took over that Im actually liking JR as a character and Ive hated him for years. He's definetly someone I can finally root for

I knwo under Culliton Frankie was a wash (when he was played by the guy from The Comeback), but it's true if this is still meant to be the same character he hardly has much right to be so angry at everyone's mistakes (filming a man dieing of an overdose for the sake of "art"?) That said this Frankie feels much more in keepign with Frankie from Loving/The City

    • yes. today Monday's episode started with words displayed "part 1" and ended with "to be continued"
    • I find Missy Reeve's views offensive and I don't want to defend her, but I don't think she ever said anything publicly about Days "gay content".   In fact, I don't think she's ever said anything negative about Days at all.  There's no indication Missy is difficult or unprofessional on set-except for the whole affair thing years ago lol-but that's a whole different topic. I can dislike Missy as a person and still think she's the perfect fit for Jen.  Cady tried and it didn't work for me.  Whenever Missy steps into the role it works.  It's a two things can be true situation.  Missy has some bad opinions, but she's great at playing Jennifer.
    • Doesn't the funeral go into Tuesday
    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?
    • This is the coldest early June in my life. It's like it's January.
