But the wedding would have been a even bigger hit, if guns and death haven't been the theme for GH for that pasts 2 years. If the violence was spread out and not the dominant theme, it would have been more impactful but instead Kates shooting is just the norm so it really has no true emotional effect. It has such a superb cast, very good directors, the best writing team (minus HW) in all of daytime... Yet it is in a sad, sad state. But maybe it'll improve. First time being shot by Sonny's son Michael (accidentally), and now this. And her previous shooter was shot and rendered permanently comatose. LOL. Anyway, whatever. I like Olivia and Maxie still. All they did was take out Emily, Michael, Lainey (I think), and Logan. In the beginning flashes I think they replaced Emily with Liz, but I'm not sure.
