Insider Info...just in, Galen Gering has signed a contract role with Days. He'll be playing opposite Ali Sweeney starting sometime in October.

This is awesome news for ALL Galen fans!!!

Im shocked I figured it would be B&B since they havent snatched a "name" in a while... and then fire them six months later.

ohh it was a joke lol....could you imagine if they cast him as austin talk about awkward lol...

I think Galen will do well on the show. I find it ridiculous that they are bring in new actors to the show when they supposed to "cut the budget" across the board.

And, why does some of the hunkier male characters have to be paired with Sami.

I like Gering and I wouldn't mind seeing him paired with Sweeney.

Also, I'm hoping Tomlin will bring Lindsay Hartley and Emily Harper to DAYS.

I love the idea of Sami getting a new love interest. Sami and Lucas are officially over, and I just can't see Sami and EJ long term. Plus, DAYS is in desperate need of a gorgeous leading man who isn't 21 or 55 lol

Would love Tomlin to pull to over Hartley and Harper.

And there would be no way Gering would play Austin. Gering's latino! Austin is um ... caucasian! it wouldn't work.
