Members Chris B
She complained about them not featuring her. I believe she said it was something like 9 episodes she didn't appear in so she asked them about it and then she got fired.
Members SoapDope
Lynne Moody was also the first actress to play Jenny Willis on All In The Family. When they decided to spin off the Jefferson's she was replaced by Berlinda Tolbert. I think Moody said the producers wanted her for the series, but she was already under contract to That's My Mama.
Members Vee
It's been mentioned on the main page, but apparently Amazon and I assume Plex are pulling all free streaming of Knots in the US as soon as 13-14(?) days and pushing it as pay on demand. This is ridiculous to me since they rolled it out with great fanfare what, six months ago? Hopefully it's temporary and pending a remaster a la Dallas, but I'm not holding my breath. I am going to take steps to secure the rest of the show for my obviously quite leisurely viewing - I've been busy - and I suggest others do the same.

Members Vee
There's often avenues to find Knots. I'm well halfway through the show's run and I intend to continue.
Members Khan
As much as I love KL, I don't intend to pay for any episodes. Not when WB could allow a FAST streamer such as Pluto TV to continue running them w/ commercials. I hope you can continue, @Vee. Reading your analyses has been a real treat.
Members Vee
I will, but I was running the Dallas Dream Season concurrently with S7 when I had to take a break and I'm still several behind on Dallas. I've taken steps to safeguard KL for myself and I'll resume it at some point in the next month or two, I'm sure. Just a lot going on IRL and a lot of stuff to watch, lol.
Members Chris B
Hopefully they don't pull it so soon. I would rather only pay for a physical release and I'm not done with my re-watch. Something similar happened to me re-watching My Three Sons. They finally added it to Prime and I got through like 4 seasons before they pulled it. That show has almost 400 episodes so you'd think they'd give people some time to work through it.
Members Marco Dane
I think WB remastered all 14 seasons. I tapped on an season 1 episode on itunes and the quality looks so much better.
Members Soapsuds
Those haven't been remastered. It's the same SD versions.

Members Soapsuds
Compared to the Dallas remasters, there is a significant difference.
Members Soaplovers
There was strong demand and the numbers viewing it must be strong hence the plan to hide them behind a paywall. I wonder if Falcon Crest or Sisters will have that happen..or if this is just happening to KL?
Members Liberty City
Falcon Crest is leaving Prime Video in the same time as Knots.
Members Khan
See, this is why I didn't bother watching KL reruns when they were first available on Plex and Prime. Because, the Internet giveth, and the Internet taketh away (and then stick it behind a paywall).
