ADAM HOW COULD YOU!

I thought today's epi was not as bad. I loved the Angie/Jesse scenes, Erica/Carmen/Jack scenes, Dre/Cassandra, and I LOVED the Greenlee/Jake scenes!

I found the Kendall/Annie/Zach/Ryan scenes actually okay. I loved that little catfight. GO KENDALL!

So what's up with Cassandra/YaYa leaving anyway? Did she have a contract? Did she want out of it? Was she not liking her gig? Was she fired?

Hopefully after a couple of months back in Paris - they'll bring her back as a recast. Angie needs a daughter - we need another girl in the Hubbard family.

Greenlee/Jack scenes were great. Loved that.

I've been giving Kendall lots of hell lately - but Annie went overboard with this Spike thing today. I can't blame Kendall for acting the way she did today.

same here and based on her talk with Ritchie, I think that Annie might try and kill Kendall next. I think Kendall is wrong though in the way she attacks and eggs on a mentally ill person. She knows she's crazy, so why the constant insults and jokes about her? Does she not realize that this only makes things worse?

Yaya is going to be in rehearsals soon for an off-Broadway play. Although the show has accomodated actors doing this before (Tonya Pinkins and ex-old-new-Derek), I'm thinking the decision was mutual here. Cass was a B&E character decision, Pratt's coming on board. I'm just thankful they're not killing her off; I swear this show kills off too many people, and then asks us to buy it years later after seeing them escort people to Heaven and everything...

Again, today, different vibe, different vibe. Time will tell, but I was feeling it. Discussions actually contained character development today, with beats and glances. And we got some different pairings. Even Aidan and Greenlee were tolerable today...wait, they were only together for that last act, right? :P

Meh I was just so so on today's ep. I loved Erica manipulating and confusing the Hell out of Carmen--classic Erica (and in Erica's own mind she prob thinks she's not doing any of that). I liked the Hubbard scenes, even Annie finally being honest with her craziness and Ryan finallyr eacting in the way someone actually really would. But after feeling the show was on an upswign since Friday this was just so so for me. Oh well Pratt isn't even officially writing yet.

Oh about Jake moving out--did the old writers intend a big story there and Pratt wants none of it? Cuz it felt like he JUST moved in, we got one or two funny scenes and now he's gone...

    • She did have a thing with him in the late '90s, before she inexplicably disappeared with no mention as to why, although I can't remember if they had sex.
    • I don't believe she did. She did sleep with Simon, believing he was a Spaulding.
    • -- If I ever get sick, please don't send me to Garland Memorial. That hospital is a YIKES. -- Soooo much activity around the main nurses' desk. Do they move dead people on a gurney past that desk, too? -- 8 months for Bill to recover from a "small stroke"? Uh....I don't think so. Is anyone researching this stuff? The hospital stuff is not coming off as realistic. -- It's good that Derek and Ashley are being integrated into other stories, but it's a real stretch to say Leslie was "stalking" Ashley. It makes Derek seem dumber than we already think he is. -- Ashley spends a lot of time having small talk while she's at work. -- Chelsea is embarrassing. Period. -- Tomas is supposed to pick up the slack for Bill, but he has time to have worthless conversations with Leslie? OK then. -- Kat is destroying the case against Leslie, but that's clearly the way to keep Leslie on the canvas.
    • 6-3   I almost let my system just delete the episode just like with B&B. I am now questioning if I should have. lol.   I just can't believe that Cole sat there and started to get sick and then only Victoria off and ran off and everyone basically went back to what they were doing at Nikki's birthday party. Cole was too much of a vet character for that. And now story back off-screen.   I did chuckle at how much Victor pay Kyle dust. And now Kyle with this deal and a promise to leave town if he hurts Claire. smh. As if Victor isn't going to make that happen.   It was lovely to see Ashley. And actually (misdressed and all) Abby.    And I liked Claire's dress.
    • Oh. That. I pretend that never happened.

I did think of another possibility. Did India ever sleep with Alan? They kind of toyed with pairing them up, but I'm not sure they ever became lovers.
    • While I do love the chaotic energy that is Kat vs Lesile, it is a bit extra. Sheltered, virginal Kat who plays it safe from her man to her wardrobe understands that Leslie is dangerous, but she's out here showing up everywhere and anywhere that Lesile is to be found and actively going to places where she is alone? I mean Kat doesn't even act a little afraid or intimidated by Leslie. Meanwhile, big Ole Derek out here begging for his and Ashley's life to Jacob.  As for Dani, I didn't see it that way. Dani and Bill were together for 30 years and shared a family. I believe there was real love there at one point. Bill is still an ass and Dani is still crazy, but realizing she may lose him and her daughter's may lose their dad definitely struck a chord.
    • Funny I randomly saw Kami’s lengthy post about the 44th anniversary of the Walton’s finale last week pop up in my news feed on Facebook. A few inaccuracies to her post but overall it was pretty insightful and interesting to read.
    • Well, depending on rewrites...Jennifer Richards potentially slept with Brandon and Alan. It does feel like we're forgetting someone, but then again, maybe I'm confusing that with brothers, which would include a lot more.
    • Maybe it’s me, and the fact that RC isn’t at the helm, but since Cwikly and Ford have taken over I’ve noticed the show doing a lot of things differently directing wise, and since the storyline of John’s demise began, the show has been using different scores, and dare I say better ones than this time last year. It’s interesting and I wonder if the any of it is Noel Maxam’s influence before being promoted.
    • I think Nicole is about to figure out what's going on between Andre and Dani.
