With the overall trend, Y&R is gonna hover at 3.5 for the forseeable future. So, 3.6 this week, 3.4 next week...it's all the same. It will be interesting to see if the August "whatever" boosts things? I doubt it will have any immediate effect. But if the show is better for the long haul, then I expect that there might be slow trickle up. I doubt Y&R will ever see an average 4.0 again.

But, honestly, with those drops pretty much across the board..."what a sad little thing" all of daytime is!

Sadly, that last sentence is SO true...

And I doubt Y&R will EVER reach 4.0 again. But the saddest thing is that they had those ratings just a few months ago.
