'Would you 2 stop talking about pie' Great seeing David again! Also Moe and Noelle

Love Langston standing up to Todd

Enjoyed the Gigi & Rex, Charlie & Viki, Blair & John and Jared & Natalie scenes

I loved Todd because you never know what to expect from him, the character or actor. So, anytime he's on screen, I'm at the edge of my seat. And his scene with Blair last week, when she slapped the ish out of him. The man didn't raise his voice ONCE and still gave me goosebumps. LOVE TSJ. Perhaps even more than Victor Newman, my all-time favorite soap character for a lot of the same reasons (until LML destroyed him and Braeden began sleepwalking through his scenes). But I digress.

I just cannot wait for that wedding. A change is gonna come. A CHANGE IS GONNA COME LOL.

Finally! I finally got some Viki/Charlie WITHOUT anyone interrupting them.

Of course I enjoyed the Viki/Charlie.

Also loved, loved the Natalie/Jared. And here I thought I was going to be mad at Natalie, but I'm not, I actually understand why they don't want to tell Viki.

Still can't watch the Starr/Cole.

As much as Todd is a major ass, the man does make me laugh. Markko on a meat hook, ONLY Todd. LOL

Go figure, I actually could tolerate John today. Could it have been that cute little kid.

And it is SO good to see David back, can't wait to see him more tomorrow.

How many more chemistry tests are they going to do with Kassie dePaiva and Michael Easton before somebody at OLTL realizes that, yes, they do spark?

Yeah, I went there. Hated John McNostril with the fire of a thousand suns. I still have nightmares about JoLie and their 10-month-long "break-up." But recently he's been tolerable and ME actually looks alive and self-deprecating and even... funny. Nowhere more so than with Blair. Just start writing a story for these two already!

Trevor St John is rocking every scene. From f8cking psycho to concerned father... Todd really is obsessed with Starr and her purity. This is what Todd is about. He is deeply, deeply twisted and psychotic but I cannot help enjoying watching him. Whereas with Sonny, my finger is on the FF button. Why? Because TSJ hasn't given up on actually acting as opposed to reading an autocue. And because Todd is called out on his despicable actions by pretty much everybody. Nobody panders to him and treats him like this big hero like they do with Sonny.

LOVED seeing David Vickers at the end in a hairnet and apron! LOL and Snoop in the previews made me LMAO.

    • I'm not invested in Ted as a character anymore either. He's not the same.
    • I have a feeling it was either coincidence or it was an idea whose time had come. Remember Bill Bell was also into the psycho-sexual. So it was happening more than one place. Pete Lemay began disagreeing with Irna quite early on. He shut up & listened at first, naturally because he had to learn the basics. But, as soon as he had, they began to have arguments, disagreements. They both were devotees of character-driven but the similarities stopped pretty quickly. Bolin as far as AW was concerned was nuts & bolts, or more $$$. It was all about the numbers. And the numbers were great, double the ad revenue & that went to the network. As far HTSAM was concerned, that was her baby, no one else's. It is so funny to me that Lemay started this by accident.

    • What did you all think of Hogan/Patti compared to the stuff with Liza and Sonny? Did you buy anything about Sonny and Bela? Has a recast ever decentralized a character as much as Sherry's exit did with Liza? Or do you think that would have happened even if Sherry had stayed?
    •     I think the three comments pretty much summarize my thoughts. The green is not pleasant. I think I know where they were going with it, but it doesn't translate on screen.  The bar at Uptown is actually pretty good. It's my favorite part. I totally get it having an East Coast vibe. I used to frequent a place like it and while I wouldn't necessarily call it pretty...it was a bit Kitsch but it had a vibe. This place is lacking the vibe. I know it's not easy to hire extras, but even having a karaoke night in the background or live music would change the whole feel.  Vernon and Anita having breakfast there was a great idea. Another place besides the country club where they could talk. However, why were they using country club china at an establishment like Uptown. It just seems a bit confused. I don't understand what it's supposed to be.
    • Add me to the list of people who like Tanisha Harper as Jordan I never understood any of the criticism of her, to be honest. She's gorgeous and she's solid in her role. Sounds like a soap staple to me.
    • Thanks for the walk down Memory Lane!   (Can you imagine what the synopsis for 2024/2025 will look like 50 years from now?  It'll basically just be a flowchart of who was the CEO of which unseen corporation, lol.)
    • Yes . Its time to get these folks outta their clothes lol.
