Members Vee
I suspect so; I have a feeling Corday feels more comfortable with 'old hands' like Higley the unspeakable. If Frons is smart (and he rarely is) he will try saving AMC by finally snatching Hogan up for AMC like he's always wanted.
Members Khan
I'd rather see Hogan go to GH. I don't think he has the right kind of ... finesse to write for a show like AMC, lol.
Members dragonflies
Ugh no thanks, I shudder to think of the havoc Hogan could wreak on AMC, and that says ALOT given the hacks who are the current HW's....
Members Adam
I am conflicted by a Hogan AMC as well...... even though it has long been rumored Hogan would love to write for it and Frons would love to have him.
Members sema608
Oh.[!@#$%^&*]. Damn, I stay offline for a few days and this happens? WTH is going on over there?!
Members sema608
Lauren is one of the top actresses on Days. How can they fire her? HER?! I like Josh Taylor but I see no need for James Reynolds, Renee or that GH actress. Damn. You KNOW Hogan is going to be pissed. She's one of his favorites. Members DAYSjunkie1987
I'll miss Lauren, but can't say I'll miss Kate. That character was played out years ago IMO. I won't stop watching over this.
Members VirdenEMT
I agree. Kate has been one-note for years. I am very upset that Hogan might be out. His stuff has been great.
Members DaytimeFan
I'm not going to be watching after Lauren's ouster. Sure Kate has been one note but that ain't Lauren's fault, it's the damn writers who must have missed the memo: Bill Bell created a role especially for her at B&B after she left Y&R. He hired her twice! She's that good! Just disgusting.
Members Gray Bunny
Lauren Koslow is a great actress, but I haven't been a fan of the character for years. I often wished she had been killed off during the Coronation Massacre right after she had ordered a hit on Victor and slept with the Moroni mobster dude. Members Khan
Ah, the Coronation Massacre. Those were the days.
Members Ben
I'm kinda stunned at this news. I always thought that LK would be safe (stupid, I know). I was considering tuning back in, but not now that one of my all time fave characters has been unduly axed. It's a shame, because I class Kate as one of the vets, like John/Marlena, Bo/Hope etc. What kind of show gets rid of the characters that are major to the history of the show? It's sad to see such potential wasted (Celeste anyone?), but I guess this is what happens when you invite a past hack back - Days deserves everything it gets, especially with this kind of nonsensical decision making. I would love for LK to return to B&B. She's an awesome actress with incredible panache. Interestingly though, I wouldn't want it at the expense of LAD, who I love just as much. I don't think there's enough room at B&B at the moment anyway. Oh, and I remember the Coronation Massacre. One of my fave Days plots. Sadly, Days ended on that cliffhanger over here - damn Virtual Eden for lowering the ratings (at least that was Five's official statement, which is strange, 'cause we normally like that kind of strange ). Members Mitchapalooza
She is not fired! Her manager Michael Bruno said she is not fired and a DAYS spokesperson confirmed to Soaps.com that she is NOT fired aswell. Looks like SNS got it wrong.
