Although TPTB running the soaps seem to be intent on turning the shows into a sea of goodlooking youngsters with questionable acting abilities, I remembered that on most of our cherished dramas there are a good number of MVP's just sitting on the bench at a time when they should be up to bat!

So who do you think are the biggest wastes of talent on the current daytime scene?

1.Julie Pinson- Wonderful actress who has been window dressing for the past few years..I'm ready for her to have a big story...

2. Lauren Koslow--fan favorite, but all she does is come between Sami and Lucas..and it bores me to tears now..Give her more with Stefano!!!

Suzanne Rogers. She's phenomenal on the rare occasions TPTB write for her.

Leann Hunley on "Days." Both the actress and her character of Anna DiMera are an extremely welcome breath of fresh air that could bring so much to the table if she was given a chance to shine as a working woman or in a love triangle in a meaty storyline more than the cameo way they're using her now because she can play both bitchy diva and funny, sassy woman so well. I hope there is more in store for her soon because "Days" could use an interesting female character like her.

Definitely Colleen Zenk Pinter on ATWT. It's hard to believe it was only a couple of years ago that she was up for an Emmy for Best Actress. Now she just pacifies those ungrateful sons of hers.

Kelli Giddish AMC... what a waste of young talent. Hopes another soap scoops her up.
