Well these noms are ridiculous. I don't even understand. The voters got it all wrong.

CBS really helped kill the Emmys too - the presentation this morning on The Early Show was pathetic and very sloppy. Shows how much they care about Daytime. I don't even know if I want to watch the actual awards show - it'll be really bad.

I'm not reading the other 12 pages of this thread, so I take it DAYS was shut out of acting noms again this year?

There are rolleyes icons on practically EVERY message board in the history of man. Sometimes, it's the only response a person deserves and I save that icon for those times. Should we get rid of too?

Back to the Emmys, my predictions are: Kim Zimmer, Tony Geary, Genie Francis, Dan Gauthier, Julie Berman and Van Hansis. As for Drama Series, Y&R. Still shocked as hell GH didn't get nominated. They owned daytime television in 2006.

Oh and how HAPPY am I that "Can You Love Me(With the Lights On)" By Brian D. Siewert, performed by Dustin Burnett was nominated? What a beautiful love song.

I am happy that Maura got a nom though over Eakes, Minshew, Williamson, and DePaiva, who I personally feel are Leads, but not STRONG enough to be leads, if that makes sense.
