I agree. It just makes sense that a human writer gets names confused or messes them up. I'm sure every writer, good or bad, does that.

Yes, and especially when you've been writing a Zach for so long and now suddenly you have a Zarf/Zoe. You'd get accustomed to just putting Zach everytime you type a Z.
