Members Khan
Sorry. I couldn't resist. I do, too, and I wish it wouldn't. I mean, Stabler can return for an episode, but that should be all.
Members amybrickwallace
Yes, I would only want him back for a short arc...probably during sweeps.
Members slick jones
Meloni's got his crazy role on Happy. That show is funny and serious at the same time. I'd love a 2-3 episode arc with Stabler.
Members amybrickwallace
So do I. I also want less Noah drama.
Members Khan
I think most everyone who watches SVU would love less Noah drama. Seriously. OTOH, I think I'm the only one on the planet who'd give his left arm -- and since I'm a leftie, that's saying something -- to see Barba and Carisi hook up. Go ahead and snicker, but I think those two would be incredible as a couple.
Members amybrickwallace
I'm still for Benson/Barba...and have been ever since his first episode!!! 😊
Members amybrickwallace
@Khan, looks like neither of us will get our wish: http://ew.com/tv/2018/02/07/law-order-svu-raul-esparza-exit/
Members slick jones
Ugh. Philip Winchester showed very little charisma as Stone on Chicago Justice.
Members reallyhateskateonlost
It was good seeing Jack McCoy (SW) I might watch again if he's on every week. Edited February 9, 2018 by reallyhateskateonlost
Members amybrickwallace
He's got huge shoes to fill, that’s for sure. Even though he looks nothing like Michael Moriarty, the two are virtual soundalikes. Hopefully he'll improve with time. Besides, any ADA is better than Kim Greylek!!! 😨😨😨😨😨
Members amybrickwallace
Hal Linden - Barney Miller himself - will be guesting in next week's episode. I take it he will be the bad guy. 😉
Members Khan
Thank God this isn't "Diagnosis: Murder." Otherwise, it'd be a reunion of TV cops. And he shows even less on SVU. Winchester is like the primetime version of "hair model." He's handsome, and his body is hot, but beyond a "Philip Winchester" calendar, I see no real use for him. By the way: I also saw no real use for Brooke Shields and her arc. Seriously, why must Mariska keep trying to make Noah drama happen? It makes no sense for Olivia to be a single mother, and it contributes NOTHING to this show, especially since we've got enough of "single girl juggling motherhood with career" with Amanda Rollins. Noah could die in some tragedy and I would not shed any tears. Edited May 12, 2018 by Khan
Members amybrickwallace
Someone on another board said that Noah is the Scrappy Doo of SVU. If that's not the perfect analogy, I don't know what is!!! 😂
Members amybrickwallace
He wasn't the bad guy, but he melted my heart as an elderly gentleman who never forgot his long-lost love. Mr. Linden has still got it!!
