Chelsea found Claire's file in the hospital which indicated that Shawn is Claire's father, not Phillip. Chelsea left the file where Belle and Shawn would find it, without saying anything. They found the file and thought someone was deliberately messing around with them. So, the troop was out to find who put the file there. Now, they figured out Chelsea put the file there and they don't believe that what she did was an act of innocence. Mimi is aware that Claire is truly Shawn's daughter, but she continues to keep her mouth shut.

The black glove switched the embryos of Mimi & Shawn with Belle & Phillip. So, Belle is carrying Shawn's baby, and the surrogate is carrying Phillip and Mimi's child. We don't know the identity of the black glove person.

Yes, Shawn and Belle still love each other. However, Shawn is committed to his marriage and doesn't want to hurt Mimi.

Belle would leave Phillip in a heartbeat if Shawn was available. Belle had her chance to be with Shawn when he was pursuing her (when she first got married) but Belle rejected him (b/c she was angry). Then when Shawn was off the market, it sparked something in her.

Also, Shawn became angry with Belle and ended their relationship when Marlena (her mom) was revealed as the serial killer. Marlena had "killed" off Shawn's grandmother Caroline, his cousin Cassie, and Maggie Horton. But before the truth came out that Tony DiMera had brainwashed her into the murders and she didn't really kill them, Belle married Philip. At the time, she didn't want to leave her husband, which freed up Shawn to begin a romance with Mimi.

Shawn and Belle still love earch other, they just don't want to admit it and have been apart ever since Jan Spears kidnapped Shawn after he left town because of the Marlena thing.

As for if Sahwn would leave Mimi, I do not think he would unless he found out about her part in Claire's paternity, but Belle would leave Philip like others said because he might go on the market, she only married Philip because Shawn was with Jan about two years ago anyway and she hated him for it (or so she thought) but once she realised she loved Shawn, he was with Mimi.
