One mistake? Lets see, Josh. Jon/Lily. Trevor in freezer. Madden in box (though, I applaud her for torturing that SOB). What's coming for the T&D fans, etc. This woman is one big mistake.

One mistake?

Erica's unabortion

Making Jackass Lavery and Hobag Carey as the "heros" of the show

Having Binks forgive Babe for stealing her child, but yet hates JR for what he did to her, and can't forgive Maggie

and so on.......

Hello Everyone

And for once I wasn't the one that brought it to page 1, just sayin.

I thought there are two head writers going, and I didn't think one would be Guza, so I just thought it would be Higley, & Trash.

After reading Julia Hanan Cowudders idiotic comments about Dixie's murder, I honestly believe that she needs to go before McT! She's a complete fool. A lot people seemed to hate Jean Dadario Burke - but at least she cared about the vets.

As bad as JHC's comments were, MMT's Josh comments take the cake. They're both destoryers, and both need to go.

If McTrash does leave soon, there won't be anything left of AMC!

And if she stays there will be?? ;)

No, I get what you're saying. It will be a big task to "fix" AMC. But I would even accept stupid little explanations if it meant erasing stuff from the last 2 years.

What did Cowudders say?

Anyway, I think both Cowudders and Burke are horrible. The late Jackie Babbin, Felicia Mini Behr and Francesca James were the show's best friends. Burke just seemed like a ditz, while Carruthers is a ditz who thinks she's smarter than she is, and then makes herself look even more foolish by trying to prove that she isn't -- hence all of her dumbass comments and quotes.

I read a RUMOR on this board that McTavish has renewed her contract. That better not be true. If AMC ever wants to improve in the ratings and gain back fans, then they need a new HW and producer. I am still hoping that in the next few months we will be getting an announcement that the hack is gone. I think her contract is up around April so maybe we will here something then.

I agree that Carruthers needs to go as much as McT does. I'm hoping McT is still out in April and Carruthers will soon follow. My fear, though, is that Frons will still make dumbass decisions and let go more vets regardless of who is producing or writing the show.

I think that even with a new headwriter AMC will still have some problems as long as Frons and Carruthers are there. I do think that a stronger, more character driven HW can make some of the storylines work that Frons wants. Mctavish is just such a horrible and weak writer that replacing her would be a step in the right direction for AMC, IMHO.

At this point I have given up hoping for her to be gone.

You already knew this, I know.

Burton Armus is an Emmy Award-winning television writer and producer who is credited with the teleplay for the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Outrageous Okona". He later co-wrote the story and wrote the teleplay for "A Matter Of Honor".

Armus has also written for such TV shows as Kojak, CHiPs, and The Fall Guy. He served producer as well as a writer for the 1980s series Airwolf in 1984 and became a producer on Knight Rider for the 1985-86 season. Most notably, however, Armus was the co-producer for the hit series NYPD Blue, and as such shared a 1994 Emmy nomination with the show's production team when it was nominated for Outstanding Drama Series. Armus and the NYPD Blue production team were nominated again the following year, this time winning the award. Armus himself also received an Emmy nomination in 1994 for co-writing the NYPD Blue episode "Personal Foul".

Burton Armus is widely speculated as being the inspiration for the name of the character "Armus", from episode "Skin of Evil". Armus the character was designed by Andrew Probert, played by Mart McChesney, and voiced by Ron Gans.
