When Krystal knocks out JR with a vase, it's just "humor". But when David does it, it's assault. Go figure. JR attacked David first, and WOULD have kept going after him if David hadn't knocked him out.

Eh that's not consistent with what happened onscreen at all. JR and David fought (JR even admitted he hit David first but I have no problem with someone hitting someone who broke in their family's member's room. That's why I also loved when Anna and David were together and nosy Jake was in their house snooping around how Anna kicked him right in his head haha...ahhh good memories ;) ) but really if JR was going to continue going against David he would have when David was knocked out. Instead he sat there talking to David about how he knew he planted the CD on him and he killed Madden etc etc. So no JR wasn't continuing to go after him (which just proves even more to me when JR doesn't see a dead person every week he's pretty sane LOL).

David on the other hand knocked JR out and then placed him on the bed and then hit him in the head with something hard again. Pretty extreme IMO (especially from a totally sane man) but it is what it is. I have accepted this isn't the David that I loved with Anna, Leo and Greenlee. This obsessed David over Dixie is over the top. I wish they actually given him and Julia a real chance. He may now be mad about Dixie but regardless his life still is all about her and it's pretty stupid IMO. Especially since he married Anna after his Dixie love but then I don't expect much from McTavish these days. Oh and Misty don't worry I still love JR as well haha. Much better than Josh (although if McTavish actually had some brain cells if anyone came close to what Josh is now experiencing it WOULD be JR with what Dixie had did etc etc. It could have been a story about JR keeping the "cousin from Hell" from going down the same road he has but that would actually be a story that could have been somewhat interesting LOL).

Oh well thank goodness I still have Y&R as well. If only they killed Sharon haha. But that's another story ;)

David is annoying, why can't Dixie HAVE Kate? WTF?

Love Ryan and Kendall, too cute.

Tad put Zach/Dixie in a huge hole. Wow. Is that even legal to bug for an officer? I guess AMC it is.

This whole storyline's piss poorly written.

Since when does the Chief of Police personally interrogate and investigate every single tip in a murder investigation? Don't the have other fish to, a-hem, FRYE? That's what police detectives are for. So the chief can DELEGATE RESPONISIBILITIES!!

I just love how Derek has nothing else to do but show up at every single incident.

It's almost a joke. And what right does any cop have bugging a civilian's home without notice if the civilian has nothing to do directly to any case?!

It's like McTavish is just writing [!@#$%^&*] up, not even understanding the [!@#$%^&*] she writes IS ILLEGAL HALF THE TIME.

She's just writing to "raise the emotional stakes."

Oh, please! Tad needs to shut the hell up. He !@#$%^&*]es more than any man should, and his monotonous !@#$%^&*]fests are beyond tedious! Day after day after day after day, it's just Tad curling his lip and snarling his insults and groundless accusations -- playing victim.

I don't give a damn about Tad and I truly don't give a damn who it is that puts his !@#$%^&*]y ass in his place. If it's Zach, then so be it. Tad needs to remember Dixie ran away during her pregnancy with Kate because he bullied her into terminating her pregnancy with Bess so bad that she wound up miscarrying the baby altogether -- and then showed very little remorse for it. He doesn't claim responsibility for that.

No.

It's just Dixwad's baseless belief that he'd not want the baby that got them into this mess.

Dixie's a faithless whore, granted. But even this is ridiculous!

So what if Zach denied his grown ass son, whom he never even knew existed until he came to town claiming to be his son? Ethan was a grown ass man who didn't need a daddy to raise him.

Tad, on the other hand, raised two upstanding citizens in JR and Jamie. One got hooked on drugs, and the other just drugs nannies and steals babies that don't belong to him and feels absolutely no remorse for it. Tad is hardly a glowing example of brilliant parenting, so it's a draw.

David is not the root of all evil in town. He's just the scapegoat. If someone mentions Libidozone one more time, I'm going to scream. That was six years ago, and others in town who keep bringing that up have done the same or much worse in the years since.

McTavish just writes [!@#$%^&*] to form fit her agenda. I want her gone.

So much freaking word!!!!!!!

Personally I'm sick of hearing about Zach denying whiny baby Ethan. The kid was a grown man, he needed to deal with it. Geez, some people act like Ethan was a saint or something

i hated the way zach treated Ethan. not only did he deny him, he married the woman he KNEW Ethan loved. grown or not that is a rotten way to treat your own son.

Rendall is boring me to tears today...

Dixie shutup. Stop being so wishy-washy on which dick you want to jump on each week.

Tad needs to get even with Zach and punch him in the face after what Zach just said.

I agree that Rendall is boring. Keep Zendall! Dixie's not a ho and I'm sick of people saying she is. Dixie's better now IMHO, she's not the goody two shoes she was and I'm glad.

Zach was right about what he said to Tad. I hate the way Tad's being written by McTavish.

Who in the hell does Derek think he is? He has become a serious prick during this entire murder investigation - and these were all his friends. I can't imagine anyone wanting to be his friend again - the writers are totally ruining Derek's ties to Pine Valley. Plus, can you really bug someone's house and then barge into their home when they aren't even a suspect? AND who does the Pine Valley PD think they are just spying and being a Peeping Tom - they were stalking Kendall and Ryan yesterday like Terry is with Lily.

Ok seriously, what is Tad up to? I don't even understand....

I agree, Derek has become a serious prick. I hate Charles Parnell as Derek. They need to bring back Bill Christian or re-cast with a actor more similiar to him or write off Derek off altogether.

Wow the last few scenes were amazing. Zach and Tad, Dixie and David, Babe, JR and Colby. I loved how Colby just blew up Babe's secret it was great.

By far the most powerful scenes today were between Josh and Erica.

I agree. I loved how Colby blew Babe's secret. This is how I want Colby to be written more. I don't want Colby gone, Ambyr Childers is a good actress, she's just being written poorly.

I love JR and its ok if I'm the only JR fan in here! lol! I'm glad Colby blurted out that Josh was with Babe because Babe once again was going to lie to her husband about that! :) I feel nothing for Babe or Josh! :P

Love JR too here. I'm glad about Colby's blurting out too. I hate Babe with a passion and Josh is just behind her in my hate.

Word! Anyone who defends what Zach did to Ethan is sick! Oh yeah, Ethan was a Saint. He saved that bastards life when he should of let him die.

That would be true if Zach and Ethan had a relationship. All because they were biologically father and son doesn't mean trust and bonds and love and respect come automatically.

Ethan never got over his hurt from Zach denying him, and refused to let him in. Ethan was a grown man. Zach was a grown man. How much begging and groveling was Zach supposed to do for a son he never knew existed as well as a son who didn't even want him in his life? The way Ethan died proved to me that Zach was better off. Ethan was dying, yet he carried that bitterness to his grave. He was a petty, petty young man who spent so much of his time trying to ruin Zach's life. Framing him for Edmund's murder. Exposing the Blackout Secret -- not in the name of "truth", but in the name of spite because he knew it would ruin Zach and his marriage to Kendall. Ethan was never a saint, and never acted like he wanted Zach to claim or respect him as his son.

Zach wasn't obligated to do a damn thing regarding Ethan. I respected that about Zach, I'm unashamed to admit. Zach wasn't one of these overzealous parents continuously trying to overcompensate. Zach let Ethan be an adult and deal with the consequences of his adult choices. If Ethan only REACHED OUT to Zach, I don't have a doubt in my mind that Zach would've been there for him. But Ethan didn't.

Zach is not Jack, Erica, Tad, Brooke and Krystal -- continuously interfering in their adult children's lives and never wanting them to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.

Your post in on point, I couldn't agree with you more :)

I can't understand why people keep saying that Zach denied his own son as if Ethan was a kid; Ethan was an adult. Also Ethan cared more about having the name of Cambias and his grandfather's money than an actual relationship with Zach.

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong!

Zach told Ethan even if I was your father I don't owe an answer. How is that even acceptable to anyone? When did Zach ever put Ethan first? Never! He abused Ethan mentally and married the love of his life and went around Pine Valley with everyone realizing he did this to his own son. His apology at his death was for himself and 2 months later he slept with the love of his sons life and in the same bed. That proves he never cared about Ethan. He even gave away the paper finally claiming him away.

Funny, how Zach fans hate that Ethan let Kendall realize Zach did the black out and yet Zach marrying Kendall and smirking as he told his son is acceptable?

It seems Zach cared more about hurting his son then being a parent. Mahor kudos to Erica who just found out about Josh and look at her. Look at David and Jackson.

If Ethan cared about the money he would have actually lived like a Billionare. Ethan never killed any life in clinic now did he!

He did not owe Ethan anything, anymore than Erica owed Kendall anything when Kendall made herself known in Erica's life. Erica gave kendall up for adoption and was under no obligation to be a mother to Kendall. Zach NEVER EVER knew that he had a son. Then 30 years later (guessing Ethan's age), this grown man who had a life and a family wanted his inheritance and to prove that he was Alexander Cambias's JR son. WHY? So that he could take his rightful place as the cambias heir instead of Ryan.

Zach for his own reasons walked away from Cambias (the money, his father, and his brother). Whether or not you agree with his decision, his decision had nothing to do with Ethan. Zach never knew that the girls was pregnant because SHE never told him. Zach's father found out about it and sent the woman away, so I guess Grandpa Cambias did want an heir that badly. This was all done before Alex became Zach.

Now a grown man walks in his life and wants a daddy?? He wants to be loved?? Give me a break. Did he want Zach to play soccer or baseball with him?

Zach did not force Kendall to marry him. Kendall wanted Ethan to give up trying to get revenge on Zach and just llet their love be enough. Ethan could never do that, even with his dying last words. As for the blackout, Ethan only wanted the truth to come out to for revenge only. Ryan wanted the truth to come out because HE was and is a hypocrite. Let's see, Ryan didn't want to have a baby with his wife so he had a vasectomy BEHIND her back. Then when Ryan found out that Greenlee was pregnant, he nearly punched her in the face and drove off a cliff to fake his own death. He went to this extreme because he did not want to be a father. It was RYAN who asked Zach to keep is secret about not dying from Kendall and Greenlee.

So let me see if I understand this concerning Ryan,: It is OK for Ryan to go to extreme measures to not have a baby and to not be a father, RIGHT? But when Zach goes to those same measure to make sure that Ryan is not a father, and that Kendall is not hurt HE IS THE BAD GUY!!!

ROTFLMAO!!

We're kindred spirits, indeed! That's all I can say!

The stark truth of what you said in the line in bold... I'm amazed at how people forget that. THAT is mental abuse. Being a foot taller and one hundred pounds heavier than Greenlee, Ryan raises his fist to her, has her cower in fear, proceeds to drive himself off a cliff and make his wife believe he was dead -- leading her to MOURN AND GRIEVE him... yet a year later, he's this hero to all women everywhere?!

But Zach is a demon because he didn't tuck Ethan in to bed at the age of 25 and caused a blackout to stop Kendall from getting pregnant FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS!

People don't get that either. Ryan went to Zach to help him fake his death, so Zach KNEW Ryan was alive. Greenlee and Kendall decided to conceive a baby from Ryan's sperm because they thought Ryan was dead. Zach would've been damned either way, because if he let Greenlee and Kendall get pregnant with Ryan's baby knowing he was alive, that would've been unforgiveable -- as was his attempt to stop them from getting pregnant with Ryan's baby since he knew he was alive.

Ryan made this huge decision which led to three people making profound choices -- and yet he's the blameless resurrected hero in all of this.

If you produce a child then you have responsibilites. Ethan wanted to know where he came from and actually dropped the idea of wanting to find out but did so to protect Miranda from Zach.

Ethan reached out to Zach but Zach always abused him and wanted everything his way. I'm so glad Ethan didn't forgive him because Kethan fans like myself knew realistically he could never forgive him. He married the love of his life.

OH so Erica and every woman who had a child and gave it up for adoption now has responsibilities to that child simply because they produced the child? I don't think so. And let's remember one thing, Ethan was not a child, He was a man, a whinning one, but still a man.

I totally agree. It was not Zach's fault his dad conspired to keep his son hidden. I never felt sympathetic towards Ethan, ever.
