On this cooler Wednesday, June 14, 2017, double hotness casually hanging out shirtless in their living room....
  4. That was beyond mesmerizing. Diane! I thought I'd hate seeing her but I loved it, oh how I loved it. I cried a lot when the little boy was killed. Such violence immediately preceded by the cuteness/absurdity of the RRCafe and the giggling waitress. For some reason, Cooper sitting there while his boss started putting the drawings together made me cry too. I thought he was trying to say something in his way, but then of course it appears the boss may have drawn his own conclusions. Janey-E was hilarious scolding the thugs into lowering the money they want. I don't even know what to say about the little person violently murdering Lorraine. That little tidbit about Frank and Doris' son was heartbreaking. That Chad officer is everything I fear white, straight men to be. Richard is a psycho. I keep forgetting to mention how shocking it is to see Sid Fairgate back on my TV. It's pretty amusing that after the initial, massive ratings drop (which was expected), each episode has gone up. Not by a lot, but I still wasn't expecting it. The ratings may not matter but I sure am glad to see that.

That's certainly one way of putting it!
  16. Let's not pretend that, outside of soaps, under better direction, with more takes, and better scripts, even the worst daytime performer can do surprisingly good work!

It's Monday, June 05, 2017... enjoy, and make the best of, this brand new week!
  18. They did such a great job with Becky. There's something so appealing and tragic about her. She feels like she is 2017's Laura Palmer, and that's terrifying. I hope she doesn't meet the same end.
  19. Oh, of course that's Mike! I knew he looked familiar lol I agree -- the lead guy from Trouble was VERY hot. I feel like the show so far has a very strong violence-against-women motif, so a lot of that is purposeful, but it's true -- it's time to see more than just murder/attack/objectification/sexualization -- although I think it all has its place and reason. Ah, yes! Thanks. I really love the fact that he's obsessed with coffee. They've taken the catchphrase and used it to extreme lengths. It'll be fun to see how much fun they can have with all of it.
  20. No, it wasn't Steven. The guy at the bar was Richard Horne.
  21. I loved the episode. It was closer to the original series' format, too, and it seemed like there was more Twin Peaks this time. MacLachlan's work as the evil doppelganger is terrifying. When he made the PD go haywire, I thought for sure all those people were dead. And then he turns right around and plays Cooper's near-total walking catatonia incredibly well. And that stunning moment when he looked at Sonny Jim and cried. I hope he gets recognized for this triple performance. So exciting to see the RRCafe. Norma and Shelly talking about how they've heard those warnings before. That shot of Becky high was beautiful. They made us wait 5 episodes to reveal that Jacoby is a nut who sells (fake) gold [!@#$%^&*]-digging shovels. OMG, Lynch. And of course Nadine watches that! lmao. Do we know the other watcher in the woods? Did I miss something or is he a new character. Very interesting stuff at the Bang Bang (the episode didn't end with them!). That Eamon Farren was terrifying and sexy at the same time. Hmmm interesting, Briggs fingerprints being found all around. So the people after Dougie & the evil doppelganger have some connection. Jim Belushi as a glorified extra! (so far). That's funny.
  22. I love it. It's so soapily frustrating. I suppose you don't stay in the Black Lodge for 25 years without acquiring some supernatural abilities.
  23. Bob still terrifies the sh!t out of me. OMG. I can't stand those flashbacks. *screams*
