Definitely no LuNacy today.... oh well, 3-4 days this week is pretty good. EDIT Oops, Luke is on just no Tracy. He's looking sober (wonder what happened to the charges) and Sonny is telling him about the hit on Johnny.

Tracy - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Kristina - it's merely a matter of "to each their own" I understood that Franco taped three days, and NLG was with him the first day but not available otherwise so CH did it. NLG tweeted she'd worked with Franco. I'm interested in the scene between Tracy and Franco though - anything worded "sees through him" sounds fabulous. And this is coming on the heals of Luke's lies and theft. Tracy will be fit to be tied. I am really enjoying it. Even Maya improves when she's mixing it up with JE and TG. And if AL has already tweeted that she's worked with JE, we should see that coming within the next 3 weeks. Just hopefully not before I'm on vacation for 2 weeks - I want to enjoy Brookie and Grannie. Thank GOD for DVRs, is all I can say.

Hooked, such negativity in the daylight..... We've never had a bad TraLu scene, so I'm really looking forward to it. I think the amount was that high to keep it under 15 mill as the ultimate "I'm leaving and taking my toys with me", yet in the ball park and large enough that Tracy will NOT take that lying down. I just hope she rises to the bait, and with the Spencer Sibs pushing for their reunion, I'm expecting some interesting things before Luke returns.... or before Tracy finds him. As for Franco - it would be great for him to talk about JE. This time around it truly seems like it's Franco and the Women...... from what I've seen in different places, that list includes Tracy, Diane, Alexis, Molly, Lulu, Sam, Claire, Carly, Maxie and Liz. Men wise it only seems like Jason/Dante/Spinelli/Lucky.

Ah.... ILTQ, I like Krissy. She's in a long line of Soap brats. Georgie was way to bland. Maxie and Lulu have a successor - that's all. I'm getting a kick out of the LnLers too - I mean honest to god, their couple ended a decade ago and the few half-hearted attempts since then have been clearly showing that it's over. They REALLY are slow on the up-take. I'm loving how Luke is very focused on who he wants in his life, and even his kids know and support him. I can't wait to hear Lulu trying to explain Luke's twisted logic to Tracy. The lot of the Spencermaines approach life differently.... I like that. After the black/white attitudes of CarSaSon, and the wimpy ways of the Robin/Patrick/Nic/Lizs of this show, the Spencermaines are pure entertainment.

SOS previews for next week.... GH Previews: Week of June 28 SONNY KNOWS HIS BOMBS! Luke and Sonny talk about how Sonny’s first wife, Lily died in a car explosion. Olivia calls Kristina and Johnny out on their ruse and believes Johnny’s vendetta against Sonny is more important to him than she is. Michael and Dante discuss their past encounters with the law, while Max and Milo plant the bomb in Johnny’s car. Luke tries to convince Ethan to go away with him on a trip, but Ethan refuses. Luke asks Lucky to talk some sense into Ethan to stay away from Johnny. Sonny asks Alexis to set up a family dinner for Friday night giving him an alibi for the bombing. Luke comes up with a plan to keep Ethan away from Johnny on Friday night. Sonny, Max and Milo go over the plans for Friday night. Sonny discovers Johnny at the restaurant. Sonny asks Jason to promise him he will return to prison after Franco is caught. Maxie tells Lucky she is afraid Franco is back in town and going to come after her. Franco returns to Port Charles and looking for Jason. He heads to the Harborview Towers dressed as a homeless man. Claire sets up a press conference hoping to lure Franco out into the open. Both Sam and Spinelli make plans for Jason’s homecoming. Maxie visits Spinelli and Jason at the penthouse and notices the homeless guy sitting outside the apartment building. Dante becomes suspicious of the homeless guy who is lurking outside Jason’s building. Dante pursues the homeless man, when he catches up to him, he discovers it’s not Franco. Spinelli locates Franco’s mother. Dante and Jason follow up on the lead but she denies having a son. Maxie receives 2 dozen roses from Franco, he delivers 6 more roses in person. ELSEWHERE IN PORT CHARLES Lulu and Dante have make up sex. Patrick and Lisa share a kiss, when he pulls away, she kicks him out of her apartment. Thanks Hooked.... I liked those two articles, they weren't just about one thing they were about almost the whole dungeon stuff. Remember the B&W Ball got them kudos when the rest was nixed big time. GH isn't going to mess up their one couple that keeps delivering... Glad you're home in one piece too. Something similar happened to us once outside of Trois Rivieres (east of Quebec City - extremely French area). Very scary.

I don't think JE is checking out - she's on fire. But it is sad that Tracy is so hurt. I can't wait until TraLu on the 1st, Lulu is the one Tracy will probably be the most honest with. I actually like they dynamic at the moment and how much focus is on Tracy being miserable. They are calling her out all the way - all the Spencers - she's stubborn and hurt, but she loves him totally. Lucky giving Luke relationship advice has been fabulous to watch. But given her current state - I wonder how she's going to call Franco out.... She will not be kind. You know, we go through this every time TG leaves or LuNacy is on the outs... the fear that JE is leaving or that LuNacy will really end (and the GF rumours start coming even though herself says they don't want her). We know this drill. Just sit back, watch the hardliners feed on each other and remember that neither TG or JE will be leaving until they announce their time is done AND in the meantime they've been really clear about who they want to spend time with. TPTB have proven time and again what they lack in imagination they make up for in dedication, and they are dedicated to LuNacy/Luke/Tracy.

She's supposed to empty his bank accounts, so is it any wonder he takes money from her? These two need to get it together. I'm wondering if she finds out during or after her heart-to-heart with Lulu the next day. BTW I'm LOVING how much Lucky and Ethan want LuNacy back together - that's been great to watch.

You give such thorough recaps Ms. Q - so much better than I do. Yes their music was playing, but it was normal speed. The scene wasn't overly short but I do think it felt more anxious because Luke was rushing to say everything and Tracy told him to make it fast before the cops showed up. BTW, since SOC seems to be having a field day with an offhanded comment, this was the actual TV Guide post. If you can hold your own against Maude, those mobsters in Port Charles should be a cinch! Adrienne Barbeau is joining ABC's General Hospital as a tough-as-nails broad called Suzanne Stanwyck (best soap name ever!) who runs a charity agency for children in Italy. Suzanne will be closely involved with Vanessa Marcil's Brenda. GH head writer Bob Guza says we'll first see the women working together in Rome — Marcil hits the air August 11; Barbeau on August 12 — and they will eventually make their way to Port Charles together. "Despite her hard edge, Suzanne has a lot of love for others, including Brenda — she's her confidante, so to speak," Guza says. "As we get to know Suzanne better, she'll have a surprising feminine side." Barbeau will be around for several weeks at least, maybe longer if that "feminine" thing works out. In fact, the ball-busting Ms. Stanwyck sounds like a perfect match for that louse Luke Spencer! See... no one is coming on as a new pairing for Luke (their music still playing even underscores that point), it was just a passing remark from someone at TV Guide.

I'm back..... JE and TG deserve the stand-out stars regardless. They are still the best thing on GH. The good news is while I missed GH, I have 20/15 vision in the eye they fixed. I'm so happy. And the okay news is LuNacy on today and I really REALLY want to slap Luke around. The boy is an ass's ass. Anyway, he starts with Lucky and Ethan both telling him he's got to work harder and do better by Tracy, not the same old schtick. Luke tells them she's the only woman he wants and that he knows how to do it. Neither of the boys are convinced, but Ethan calls Maya over anyway to get the new security codes to the mansion. Dimbo thinks LUKE is too good for Tracy! Stupid or what. (And I'm right about AI, keep her with Spencermaines and her game is improving.) Anyway Luke does go to the mansion and Tracy calls the police. He doesn't believe her and pledges his love. He's actually pretty sincere about it and desperate to make an impression. The cops show up and Luke is dumbfounded - he really didn't think she called them. Through much protest they take him away. Later at the PCPD Lucky walks by and tells an extremely woe-begotten Luke that Tracy is pressing charges. Luke still can't believe it, and tells Lucky to learn from his mistake - don't tell a woman that you're married when you're not (this was the LOL moment for me today). Lucky rolls his eyes and thanks Luke for the "advice".

I'm guessing to make it easier for Luke to believe it when he leaves next week, because she says it or someone else says it and then we get Tracy by herself obviously heartbroken. I don't know that this show has ever spent so much time on Tracy's feelings in all of this. Sure she rages, but this is more than that - she's really hurting and we're seeing it. And all the Spencer kids want them to mend their marriage and get back together. I think that part is delicious. I just hope Luke eventually listens to Lucky (I know... don't you just LOVE the irony in that one) telling Luke he has to be more for Tracy and not do the tired old con schtick - Tracy needs and deserves better. The earthquake was more surprise than anything - but if you read my sister's facebook comments it's like she's living in San Fernando with a 9.0 on the Richter Scale..... oy...... my sister is a case, i can tell you

I'll take a printed rag over the internet any day of the week. Speaking of the net, AL tweeted again - seems Brook and Maya are doing something at Jakes with Coleman in about 3 weeks. She referenced the "Q girls", which I thought was cute.

Lucky arrives home to find Luke asleep on his couch. He's still drinking and tells Lucky he's moving in for a few days, evicted him from the HS and "dear old dad" has no place to hang his hat. Lucky sarcastically said he can't figure out why Tracy would be mad about the lie and legal documents - and Luke doesn't hear the sarcasm. He keeps going on about why the paper even matters, it's just paper. The real deal was what was important. He tells Lucky that Tracy had all his possessions put on the lawn and Alice managed to same some of it. Lucky asks about the HS and Luke tells him he needs a high priced lawyer to block Tracy's latest move there. At the mansion Ethan is talking with Maya and hears crashing. Edward and Monica come in and they all ask Ethan to talk to Tracy. Ethan hasn't heard about the phoney marriage yet and he's a little incredulous about the whole deal. Tracy barges into the room and puts her hand up saying no way, whatever Luke sent him to tell her just forget it. Luke/Lucky talk about living there until Tracy comes to her senses. Luke says he's not worried - she just needs time and space. Before he knows it he'll be back at the mansion. Lucky says it was a pretty big lie and it might be a lot longer than he thinks. Back at the mansion with everyone's urging, Ethan pleads with Tracy saying Luke fell madly and deeply in love with the mark and Luke just wants to make it legal. Ethan knows she loves him too, so for her sake, Luke's sake - and us, Edward interrupts - and us, Ethan continues, just please take him back. Tracy says she's finally free and happier than she's ever been without him, then she storms past them all and out to the terrace. Alone her mask falls a little and we can see that she's not alright. Luke says Tracy loves being married to him - well not actually married, but paperwork doesn't matter, it's what's in the heart that counts. Lucky says that's sweet but this is big for her. Luke agrees that she's angry, she's spitting nails, she's going to teach him a lesson, but then she'll come around. Ethan arrives and they do some Spencer man bonding. Luke then tells Ethan he was just giving his brother some sage advice about dealing with proud, stubborn, women. Ethan says he could have used that advice a half hour before at the mansion. Luke asks how is Peppermint Popsicle is doing. Ethan says she's done with Luke and this time it looks like it's for good. Luke looks stunned by that comment. Luke is saying he knows how to handle Tracy - she's ripping off head over there and it's just a matter of time before she takes him back, she loves him. The boys agree she loves him - love isn't the issue. Lucky continues saying Tracy has been deeply hurt, and beneath her proud exterior and sarcastic humour, she's probably a really sensitive person who can't deal with being manipulated again. Luke wonders who's side Lucky is on and he says Luke's side - but this time he should do something new and reach down deeper for that old Luke Spencer charm rather than the usual games. Luke won't hear him and says nope, he knows exactly how to handle Spanky Angelica Quartermaine. Ethan and Lucky exchange looks. (Don't look know, but Lucky is a LuNatic too ) (OT - fabulous line from Lex today, Sam says perhaps Jason can help the situation with Kristina/Johnny, and Lex response "I know you think Jason is the answer to everything, but..." )

We're good - just freaked out a little. It centred above Ottawa and was felt as far away as Chicago. Now we have some serious storm action coming our way including a Tornado warning. Good time to stay inside I guess.

Toronto just got hit by a 5.5 earthquake...... The boys felt nothing, I felt my bed shake, but the Diva - who was reading in her loft bed - decided she didn't want to be up there anymore.

Really? LOL... I missed that one. Go Tracy!! All the more why Harlan would think there's unfinished business. And probably after Luke, Tracy will have the attitude that if she's being taken advantage of for her money at least she knows it going in with none of this messy "love" stuff.

Ugh.... no Eckharts again, SVP. Even if the visuals would be hilarious. And it's not just the Corrinthos - if you're name is Spencer you get stuff too. Other's not so much. Besides, when you think about it Harlan is perfect - a scoundrel in his own right to a large extend, but very successful, charming, flirtatious, past with Tracy... he's Luke's worst nightmare. Tracy walked away from Ashton - she didn't have the chance to walk away from Harlan.

Yay for Twitter - I swear that's often better than DD spoilers 'cause we might not know the context but the actors KNOW who they are working with. And speaking of DD, this was on the IL this morning....... a little something about Brenda's father returning. He's got a past with Tracy... hmmm...... (yeah, I know that "death" thing, but like we've already discussed it's not really over until it's over)

After assuring Tracy and Ethan he wasn't going anywhere, Luke came across Hellzabub at the HS and her hence man knocked him out. Ethan didn't buy Luke just leaving when he said he wouldn't but Tracy/Lucky/Lulu assured him that he dose that to the family (I remember a lot of the word "family" at that point). I can't remember Tracy being gone but she wasn't around a whole lot either. Popping up at the HS and with Lulu or Ethan. September came and Ethan or Lulu received a text from Luke calling for help. Turns out it was a Cassidine chicklette who at the time was rumoured to have a past with Lukcy. Hellzabub was sick and possibly dying, and Luke managed to escape his cell and tried to help her when the posse arrived - Lulu/Ethan had met with the Cassidine Chicklette who had sent the text in the first place. They returned and Luke told his story of woes but Tracy wouldn't believe him. It was supposed to go on line that with the arrival of Valentin Cassidine, but the Franco mess pushed that story aside along with most of what JE had taped in early fall. We didn't really see her again until Thanksgiving where there was some really sweet LuNacy, including Luke's comment that 'Under [Tracy's] hard crusty shell is another hard crusty shell, and under that pure mush." For scenes to focus on - look at May when Luke tells her "I'm not leaving you for Holly, I'm not leaving you for anyone!", and a few others, then skip until late November. During Claudia's birthday party there are a few cute LuNacy moments if you want filler, but those were the first couple of days of sweeps (so last week of October/first week of November). Christmas Eve you have to include - fabulous LuNacy kiss.

Luke arrives at Jakes to drink his sorrows away. Patrick belly-aches to Luke about Lisa/Steven/etc. Luke tells them the marriage isn't legal. It was the perfect scam with a paid actor, she was too drunk to remember, forged documents - worked like a charm. The problem is him - he blew it. "She insults me, threatens me, poisons me.... oh wait, I poisoned her". Luke says he's pathetic, Tracy can take everything and he'll still come crawling back for more. Patrick still belly-aching. (Luke's still wearing his ring.) Luke encourages Patrick to indulge his wild side that can't be done with all the gardening, lawn care, house... Coleman shudders at the thought, and Luke says it's going to explode on him if he doesn't take some time to get back in touch with his old self.
