Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yeah, it's always great to see Jeana, especially when the mic picks up some aside she says about Tamra. They could have brought back Tammy Knickerbocker lol (Duff connection!). But really, I would like to see Lizzie, Gretchen, Alexis and Heather. They marked my OC viewing memories. I love the evocative music at the end when they do each wives' Where Are They Now? moment.

What did I just watch? That was some baaaaad acting from Tamra. She was nowhere near drunk and was clearly looking to pick a fight with Kelly and get a rise out of her, so she can then play victim. And Shannon is just as bad. Shannon is no puppet: getting Kelly is as much part of her agenda as it is Tamra's. Sometimes I wonder if it might not be time for Tamra to go. Having said that, Kelly was so smug at reunion and is a toxic presence overall. Can you really call yourself a millionaire when it all comes from hubby's alimony? Nice to see Billy again. Vicky's party felt like old-times OC. And Shannon has chemistry with ole Billy! Emily was most improved this season for me. I wasn't sure about her last season, but her genuine story and humor won me over. In fact, I would go as far as say that she was my fave OC HW this year. Braunwyn should be one and done. I find her oddly disingenuous. The worst is that she thinks she is a big hit with viewers and the women, when in actuality she is hopelessly out of her depth.

Oh, I have no doubt Rinna, Erika and Brandi have already mapped out the takedown of Kyle for season 11. I am literally wracking my brain trying to figure out what Denise might have done this season to warrant these spiteful taunts. Last year I found her a pretty laid back, lowkey (apart from her drunken WWHL appearance). Erika couldn't stop kissing her ass. Rinna has known her 25 years! Tweets like this remind me of middle schoolers bullying classmates on social media. It makes Rinna look even worse than she usually does (if that's possible -- I fully believe she was the architect behind puppygate and getting LVP to leave the show). She is jumping on the hate-Denise bandwagon for her moment of relevancy.

Yeah I can see that. And there are couples that get past infidelity. I just wish he hadnt pulled that douche move of blaming Porsha for something over which she has no control (pregnancy/PPD). Production is so shady -- according to the article, they made Vicki wait before joining everyone else at reunion and sent her away before the end. I cannot imagine the anxiety Vicki must have been feeling -- she has such deep FOMO and sense of ownership of this show. The producers love to torture her and will continue to do so knowing she will never leave.

An ABC political analyst? Since when? Whoopi putting that miserable, entitled spoiled brat in her place is everything. I'm ok with that too, Whoopi!

So he cheated while she was preggers AND when she was going through postpartum. What a prince! Porsha should kick him to the curb. I hope she's not doing this because Bravo promised her a wedding special.

She would do anything to return to the show full-time. Why do I have a feeling that the 'Truth Cannon' kept quiet about Kyle/Erika/Dorit's proclivities -- for now -- and instead went in on Denise and Camille like Cujo? Denise literally had no idea what she was getting into with that nest of vipers. ATL Am I hearing right? Did Dennis say that Porsha being pregnant turned him off and that's why he cheated? Why is she back with this creep?

I can see that this suggestion has gone down a storm on here. Scratch that idea. I thought it might be interesting iafter seeing WWHL, but ultimately Quad-on-RHOA is really not the hill I wish to die on!
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL. I figured you wouldn't be a fan of that idea. Here me out. I'm no Quad fan either. I think going to RHOA would be v dangerous for her carefully-cultivated image of saintly victimhood (in her own mind). The M2M women, for whatever reason, never really go there with Quad. Even Mariah pulls her punches. ATL doesn't play like that. I fully expect Kenya to be digging the dirt on Quad and exposing her. I, for one, would be here for that. In any case, the Bravo execs seem to be all about 'younger' new HWs these days, and might not be into the idea of Quad for age reasons.

Thanks for the confirmation about the ratings. When RHOP was airing, all I heard about on social media was Potomac this and Potomac that. It seemed to have become Bravo's watercooler show. Bravo's RHOP YouTube comments were also pretty full, with everybody voicing an opinion on Ashley. So I was surprised when I read that post dismissing the show as on the verge of cancellation. I think for a cable show, +1 mil is pretty good ratings, and the fact that it stands on its own now is even better. @Taoboi Could be that Bravo are worried about potential lawsuits. Having said that, Kelly Dodd and Vicki on OC have been suing left, right and center, and nobody talks about cancelling OC on that basis! I hope RHOP weathers the storm. It should overshadow ATL. It incentivises the RHOA HWs to step it up a bit, like we are seeing them do this season. Re: Quad. I imagine Mariah would be pea-green with envy because she always fancied herself a potential RHOA castmember. Like I said, I do not like Quad, but it is not because she has nothing to offer. She is a fraud, a fake, a social-climber and undercover messy, and on a show like RHOA, that makes for some interesting dynamics. Kenya already disdains her ass, but Cynthia is sympatico with her. The RHOA and M2M women have known each other a long time. Honestly, I think she would be a better fit on RHOA than M2M next season.

So I have a question about Potomac. This weekend, TT had a blind item which many believe to be about Robyn and Juan. In passing, it was mentioned that Potomac may not have another season after this one being filmed. I'm like WHAT? I love RHOP and thought it had decent ratings and a growing audience! Please tell me RHOP isn't in the same boat as Dallas! I take a lot of what TT says with a pinch of salt as I don't think she's into RHOP all that much and she definitely lets her bias show in her posts. Does anyone know what the ratings for Potomac were this last season? I need to reassure myself that RHOP is ok.

Well. Since Quad is no longer actually Married to Medicine, I wouldn't hate it if she showed up on RHOA as a HW. I cannot stand her preachy, sanctimonious, lying ass, but she would definitely be a match for Kenya. She is as slippery and as machiavellian as Phaedra, but more combative.

Leeanne's official apology was very poor tho. "I'm sorry if I offended anyone...." She doesn't get it even after reunion, and that's a problem. I love Stephanie too and Kameron. Like you, I also enjoy Mama Dee (kind of like i wouldn't mind seeing Dale on NYC even without Tinsley). So i hope Dallas doesn't completely wipe the slate.

https://twitter.com/BravoWWHL/status/1204975031450771456?s=20 I know some will say "She's a bigot, she doesn't deserve your empathy," but as awful as she has been this season, I can't help but worry how she will deal with the backlash. It's clear Andy and Bravo will wash their hands of her. I believe Leeanne when she says she grew up feeling rejected by people, and this will be renewed rejection on a much bigger scale. I hope she has a support system around her. Bravo and Andy acting outraged and yet: this is the only SL on Dallas right now, people are talking about it, the show may even see a ratings bump because of it. ETA: Not condoning what she said at all. I think she should be fired for this. By the same token, Leeanne is a damaged person and I'm not sure she has the confidence or ego of a Jill Zarin who kept on Zarining even after she was booted from NYC.

NJ: It's early days but I am enjoying the season this far. Jennifuh has come in leaps and bounds from last year. Melissa is... better than she was 5 years ago. I still love Margaret and Dolores. And this episode I even started feeling for Jackie! Wrestling with an eating disorder makes her more human, and she's calmed down from trying to stir up controversy last year. As usual with NJ, the focus on the house-husbands and family lift this franchise and give it authenticity. Specifically Joe Gorga reacting to Joe Giudice's predicament, and Gia next week.

Yeah, I don't think Leeanne is going to come back from this one. Her issue with Kary has nothing to do with being Mexican, but she kept doubling down on "Mexican, Mexican" like it's an insult in of itself. Her insecurities and extreme self-absorption made the trip toxic. I don't know what she was thinking with the cameras there and her usually all about being a voice for the marginalised. Has the fame gone to her head? The cameras record everything, and this plays right into D'Andra's hands, who couldn't be more thrilled by all this. I honestly don't think we will see Leeanne back next season. Nooooo, not My Kameron! I love her.

@Chris B I had high hopes for Tinsley when she joined, and ofc I love Dayyyyyyle. But it's no big loss if she leaves altogether IMO. Kristin Taekman brought more drama than ole Tins. I'd have her, Heather and Jill back in a heartbeat. Saw a glimpse of the new RHONY HW at BravoCon and -- she seemed to have a high opinion of herself! And it wasn't even Scaramucci's wife! 😂 I wasn't all that impressed.

What is so interesting to me is this sudden onslaught of viral marketing about the upcoming season of BH. It reminds me of the viral marketing exactly this time last year. We had Rinna, Erika and Teddi doing social media victory laps, cackling "Ding dong the witch is dead!" This was before S9 had even started. And then we got a very weird, very fake, coldly impersonal, highly disappointing season. The whispers for weeks have been that the new season is a borefest. Then Rinna insinuates that the whispers emanated from Spectre Blofeld Putin LVP's camp. Now suddenly everything is "imploding," and Brandi is panting in excitement? Hmmm. I am going to watch S10 but.... I am suspicious about the authenticity of what we might see!

I'm a proud WIP (yes, I had to google this) at 45! I think I will always be a work in progress, because I never want to stop learning. See IA that Nene could do solid work outside of RH. But sometimes she can't get out of her own way. There was the show tour she did which ended abruptly after she insulted an audience member. Then there was (somewhat bewilderingly) Fasion Police, where she loudly complained to the tabloids that costars Brad and Giuliana weren't going out of their way to be friendly to her. I don't know how close she still is with Ryan Murphy, but he's hot in Hollywood right now, and he loves casting his regular faves in new anthrology series. I think she burned some showbiz bridges, and may no longer have the confidence to go for acting roles. The fact is, Hollywood expects her to play Nene all the time, and pull the faces and all that other hokey stuff. Also, maybe she likes the regular Bravo cheque? She does like to show that she spends. I wonder who Denise has been fighting with. Erika? Teddi? That yappy chihuahua Dorit? Brandi? I thought Brandi was Denise's close pal! Brandi is SO THRILLED by this turn of events, she can hardly stand it!

I feel where you are coming from 100%. Kenya crossed the line from her usual trolling to outright spite and tried to ruin somebody's business. Everybody was just kikiki-ing and saying: "Oh, that's just Kenya being Kenya." It took me back to Kenya's early seasons trying to embarrass Cynthia at her Bailey Studio events and going after Apollo. I found her completely hateful back then. And then I think back to when Marlo said that no wonder Kenya's mother didn't want her. It was so hateful that to this very day, I am glad Marlo does not have a peach. The highlight of the epi for me was Nene leaving the event without anybody noticing, and that trashpot Yovanna running after her and Nene growling to get her hands off the car window. Everything Nene did in this episode (and shouting at Andy Cohen on Insta) screams desperation to me. She knows ATL can live without her. The fact is, she actually cannot live without the HWs. It also struck me that Nene has no true friends. Marlo and Yovanna only put up with her because they are angling for a peach. The Fall of Heather that season was amazing to watch. I hadn't realized what a truly awful person she was until I saw how she plotted to gaslight Kelly. And for weeks after the bus ride, on her blog, she wrote "And this week you will finally understand why I acted the way I did on the bus!" And we never did! The whole thing just served to remind everybody how she and Tamra gaslit Shannon her whole first season, and gaslit Alexis right off the show. That fall was oh-so-well deserved. Shannon is a total mean girl and she knows exactly what Tamra is doing this season. It is in her interests to play dumb about Tamra, but she is as much behind all this as Tamra is. I will never forget earlier this season at some gym, the way Shannon and Tamra made Emily 'explain herself' and apologize to them for some imagined slight. The way Shannon looked at her was so mean. Kelly is definitely being horribly bullied by those two. Having said that, Kelly is borderline violent and threatening, and I find that extremely problematic. The audience is cheering her on because Tamra is literally THE WORST, but all that audience attention is going to her head and creating a monster IMO. She now thinks she is untouchable and can say -- or do -- anything.

Agree on all this. Personally, Kameron MADE the episode for me. She was hilarious with the diagrams, kind and the voice of reason the whole way through. Kameron would actually be great on BH, where her knowing, self-deprecating and genuinely funny sense of humor is oh-so-badly needed. Swear to God, when Kam walked into her room at the end of the night and Leeanne was waiting to pounce on the other side of the door with her terrifying "These Hands" voice, I was legit scared for her. 😂 Leeanne had me with Kary and D'Andra's nastiness, but lost me with the crazy possessiveness over Kameron. Did Leeanne say any racist stuff? I totally missed it, but woke RH Twitter seemed marginally mad about it.

Jackie is going for Dolores because she can't go after Teresa. T shut her down with that fangirl photo from Jackie's dark past as a Tre Hugger (lmaaaaaaao). Plus Melissa can't badmouth Teresa on camera with her new bestie like we know she is doing in private. So that convo isn't happening. I'm just surprised Jackie isn't going after Jennifuh.
