Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
While I think RuPaul's Ra'jah O'Hara Dr. Wendy is all talk, it IS very hypocritical to threaten violence after the hard stance she took against Monique's actions last season. Now that the shoe's on the other foot (the GEB's coming after YOUR marriage), it's not so easy to stay calm, eh Zen Wen? Candiace will never be the voice of reason in Potomac. I'd sooner give that title to NYC's Kelly Bensimon and I'll NEVER give that title to Kelly Bensimon. One second, she's talking about not holding onto grudges, and the very next moment, she's making tired digs against Ashley for no good reason. Candyass is another one that's all talk when she tries to be tough, but she is a weak lil *princess* (ooh sorry, is that a naughty word?) when she's in the hot seat. I loved that quote she made, too. Wendy's new personality is fake AF but Karen's words of encouragement were very good.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Wow... Dorinda NYC Jill NYC Vicki OC Brandi BH Taylor BH Eva ATL Phaedra ATL Without sounding too repetitive with my wishful thinking, I wonder if this could also serve as a test to see how Miss Zarin will behave to see if she could return to the mother ship that is RHONY. Same could be said for Vicki Gunvalson. Meanwhile, I wonder when they'll finally release the 1st All-Stars special.

Oh SNAP! This looks GOOD! Cannot wait. Potomac and SLC, two of the strongest players right now, back to back. Whoo-hoo! Jenn vs. Meredith looks epic.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Agreed 1000% and yes, this particular episode was so cringe. The second half, at least. LuAnn was smart to stay silent in disbelief. You could tell the white woman was trying to placate Ramona, but eventually, you have to let the Ramonacoaster ride it out because there was no getting through to her. Ramona and Sonja are so alike with their tunnel vision once they're dead-set in trying to prove one point with no chance of hearing an opposing view. I know Bravo is holding onto their purse strings (see: not paying Tamra what she wants on OC), but if they want to revive RHONY, I'd try to convince Jill to return, but ONLY if Bethenny also returns. It may amount to nothing, but the interest will be there. Just a thought.

DAYS: Behind the Scenes, Articles/Photos
A couple decades ago, after the birth of the internet but before YouTube, etc. I purchased a VHS tape from someone who had recorded DAYS' 21st anniversary flashback episode in 1986 (not sure why they did it for 21st instead of 20th), the 3-part 25th anniversary flashback episodes, plus the three primetime specials of '92, '93, and '94. "Night Sins" ('93) is definitely the most iconic, as it features John & Marlena on the conference room table, Carrie being splashed in the face with acid intended for Austin, and Bo realizing Nicky killed Lisanne and reuniting with Carly before she could take off on a plane with Lawrence (on location!). The only other notable mentions for '94's "Winter Heat" was Austin & Carrie at Green Mountain Lodge (on location!), ending with rapist Alan at Carrie's door, Jenn and Peter also at Green Mountain Lodge taking their relationship further, and Bo & Billie stranded on a tropical island (also on location) which turned out to be Billie's dream. '92's "One Stormy Night" features Bo/Carly/Lawrence, Tom/Alice, Jack & Jennifer reconnecting on the set of a love-match game show, TM's Carrie hitching a ride into Salem, and Isabella's car swerving off the road and into the Salem River.

Agreed. The show needs a jolt, and if Bethenny's aspirations for something even greater are dwindling, she can always crawl back to RHONY. I haven't seen Dorinda on WWHL yet, but I'm glad to hear both parties (Bravo & Dorinda) are ready to resume things next season. We finally watched last week's RHONY and I LOLed at Ramona/LuAnn busting Sonja's lies story about sleeping with the 25-year-old. Side note: Although Leah should not have let the dog run around during filming of the Mariah Carey ripoff music video, as a daddy to two chihuahuas, I thought the little critter was precious

I'm more inclined to think CC had the "issue," or at least there was mutual resentment, especially after seeing how Chappell behaved on her way out the second time in 2011. In 1991, she was the hot thing, a newbie getting tons of airtime, and then the show brings back its tried and true diva with Deidre. Yes, CC and DH worked on the show at the same time for the next two years, but I'm guessing there were egos on both sides. Side note: I, too, have Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story somewhere in a box full of old VHS tapes, lol. @Franko who is Connie Ray supposed to be...?

Bold and Beautiful August 2021 Discussion
That was pretty much the highlight. Everything old is new again with 90's cues. Wish DAYS would revisit their old scores. How was Sheila written off last time? Did she literally just fade away as an eavesdropping waitress? The fact that she left with such a whimper shows that the Forresters, etc. should see her with a "meh" rather than horror. OooOOooohh she's got another mystery kid. Is she the female Stefano DiMera of breeding?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I think La Dame would *love* for Gizelle to admit to the truths that Monique spilled and La Dame co-signed but without mentioning Monique's name since she's no longer on the show. So yeah, the "wishing death on Ray" spin is reminiscent of NYC's Kelly suddenly having an issue with Ramona during season 4 because of the Scary Island trip from Season 3, which also felt random AF. But love 'em or hate 'em, the core four - The Grande Dame/Gizelle/Robyn/Ashley - are still the main draw of this series which I love. After 6 seasons, they don't feel stale. I will FOREVER side-eye ANYTHING Candiace says or does, Dr. Wendy is a wannabe oaf, and Mia is okay but too plastic for me (not to mention the voice sounds like a Kardashian clone).

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Dr. Wendy is trying to play a new character and it is NOT working. Somewhere between a NeNe Leakes and a Jen Shah, she's putting on this persona that falls flat. Nah girl, I got @DaytimeFan in my corner, lol

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL! Love Garcelle and Sutton questioning that. Even as I watched and did the math... okay, 22 years ago it was 1999, and you were already in your late 20's. Gurl, come on... No ATM card? Never been inside a bank? NJ: I must be the only person who's still Team Marge. I appreciated Melissa's reunion comment about Jennifuh trying to get on RHONJ for the last 9 years. No surprise there. Wasn't she on another short-lived reality show where she claimed her money came from her own family's jewelry business or something, and not from hubby being a surgeon? Not that I don't like Jennifer, she just isn't the bee's knees in my eyes.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Well damn! That article just kept going and going... I didn't realize just how bad it's gotten behind the scenes between the OG vets vs. Eboni. I'm glad to hear Bravo sees what an epic failure she's been and what a terrible season this has been. Add to that seeing the speedy downfall of Leah's "fame." If they're looking to save face in regards to race speculation, they can easily ditch Ebony and promote Bershan to full-time wife. We haven't bothered to watch RHONY this week, and quite honestly, my hubby kind of dreads it. He said, "as someone who is black, this constant schooling [!@#$%^&*] is too much for me." We'll get around to watching it, but we (he) has to be in the right mindset.

The Preemption/Out of Pattern Thread
My relatives lived in that area, and I seem to recall one summer when visiting (1996), I saw a commercial on this station for Bold & Beautiful airing at 11:30am. At the time, I didn't know if everything aired one hour earlier (as I wasn't sure it was on Mountain Time Zone or not) or if B&B just aired earlier than usual here.

Boom. Exactly. A few episodes back, she said Tom hasn't reached out even once since she left. As if these women wouldn't compare stories (plus, you know, cameras are rolling sweetie).

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHONY isn't appointment television this season, that's for sure, but like a soap opera slump, I'll stick with my show in hopes of it improving. If not this season, certainly next year. (But yeah, Olympics won last night for me, too)

Peacock Orders DAYS Spinoff: Beyond Salem

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Good for DAYS/NBC/Universal/Corday etc. to bring Lisa Rinna back for the DAYS Peacock spinoff. It's not Depends Adult Diapers money, but she's still a hustler, and she's more recognized for Housewives these days, so it's a wise move for potential eyeballs. (Side note: I just hope she plays Billie Reed, and not Lisa Rinna on camera, ya know? It's been awhile since she's acted on camera... as a different character, that is)
