Yeah I figured it was a legal agreement and Nene was just playing victim online. I'm assuming Bravo would still have the right to air any old episodes of RHOA they'd like, Nene or no Nene; they just can't use her image in any way going forward.

That was the first thing I noticed on Sunday’s ATL when they did that epic “previously on” recap taking us back to 2011… they edited Nene out of the open peach shot, not to mention any scenes with her were slightly zoomed in to crop her out. But anyhow, Sunday's episode was really good; the first really good show this season. It'll be interesting to see how this divide amongst the group plays out.

Television Excellence 😂 Maybe they weren't clones at all. Perhaps just plastic surgery or masks. They weren't called "clones" originally back in 1995. That's something ol' Ronny boy coined onscreen recently because he likely saw my clip of the 4 Marlena Clones on YouTube (I'm proud to say I put it up in the YouTube universe first many years ago and it still circulates under other people's profiles) LOL When I first started watching in '95, I was trying to wrap my head around a woman in her mid 30's being mother to Sami (who looked older than 18) and a mother figure to Carrie (who I assumed was in her early 20's) Yet Deidre was turning 48 that year.

This show has been in the dumper for months. The Bo & Hope story gave us hope, but ultimately disappointed everyone. Ron C is so burnt out. I mean, yeah, at this point, let's put Robert Scott Wilson (or any of the studs) in just a jockstrap laying on the Kiriakis couch, blowing kiddie bubbles into the air while reading the newspaper.

Cherry on the sundae of this week would be late-breaking news that Mitch McConnell is no longer.

Yeah, I know it's been mentioned several times in the last 1.5 years; I just don't recall who discussed it first. It's funny that something so vague and secretive suddenly becomes common knowledge, as if Stefano bragged about it to anyone who would listen. I don't remember John/Marlena ever discussing finding Kristen alive offhandedly. I would've thought the shock and awe of her being alive in the first place would've been touched upon in a grand fashion when she returned in 2012, but it was instead glossed over as if everyone in Salem somehow knew how the whole Killing Pool murder of 1998 really panned out.

If this became common knowledge, I'm guessing it was sometime in the last year and half with the Possession 2.0 storyline and I just forgot. Otherwise, nobody knew about the 4 Marlena Clones gallivanting all over the world. I guess it's just one of those things that happen without an onscreen mention, like Kristen's 2012 return with nary a mention that everyone thought she was dead (really Penelope Kent) or Tommy Horton dying at some point in time. Re: Body & Soul.... DAYS is such a parody of a soap opera now. I can't take any of this garbage seriously. Even the alleged high stakes stuff like the rooftop shootout with Paulina, Chanel, etc. is done in such a frenetic, over-the-top, amateurish manner, complete with rinky-dink, clownish and patronizing background music.

Honestly, I just think back to her ignorant comments she made about "racism wasn't a big thing before" and "you put me up against 5 strong black women!" in that bathroom scene after the Season 10 reunion (the birthplace of "I need Andy and a camera!"). I don't need her back; I don't want her back; I have no interest in her imploding life. It couldn't happen to a more deserving cvnt.

I echo everyone's sentiments that RHOA is missing that wow factor that used to set them apart from the others. They're in a real slump now and the current cast just doesn't gel. While the Mama Joyce dilemma is a tired rehash, Kandi is still the glue that holds this team together. They need to bring back Porsha and Cynthia. And hell, to ante up the drama for Kandi, bring back Phaedra if they can. Nene will never return to Bravo and I'd sooner welcome back Kim Fields before Zolciak. Sanya just doesn't have that star factor (for the Olympics, yeah, but in Housewivesland? Meh... ) I like Monyetta, but she just seems like the perennial supporting friend-of. Courtney is a clown. Drew's only appeal is getting mocked by production or other castmembers. Something major needs to shift for next season, or it'll become permanently irrelevant.

That's cute. I hope they don't feel compelled to transform their faces into funhouse mirrors like their mothers or Kim Zolciak's daughters. Re: RHOBH returning in November... Yeah, I'm excited to see what this new chapter brings. Of course I could be wrong, but I get the feeling the remaining Mean Girls club has been de-fanged without their lead hyena. I think Ozempic Kyle sees the audience favoring Garcelle and doesn't want to be on the receiving end of fans' ire. Meanwhile, play-out Dorit and Ozempic Erika are just happy to still be on the cast and collecting Bravo cheques.

Watching RHONJ and then coming here to read y'all's thoughts about who should do what to who next season... it's exhausting. And it's too much chess playing and strategizing. It's Beverly Hills all over again. We've gone from the days of "I'm not gonna film with Bethenny / Danielle Staub / the new girl, etc." to temporary alliances and marriage takedowns and coverups and yada yada yada. It's taken the fun out of what made these shows fun in the first place. Make no mistake, I'll be watching this reunion from start to finish. But this current cast cannot go on as is. And I wouldn't even want them to, as a viewer. Season 5 was already a stretch with Teresa trying to play nice-nice with Caroline, Kathy, etc. Meanwhile, Jennifer Aydin is so far up Teresa's hole... Rachel vs. Danielle is the poor man's version of newbies Kenya and Porsha going at each other during Season 5 of Atlanta.... Marge vs. Aydin has gotten too ugly and they'll never recover... Can we just retool this show around Dolores and her funky family living arrangements? I dunno... If the new RHONY proves to be a success, I can almost see Bravo starting from scratch in the Garden State.

Side note: Sigh... I miss Jewel. haha. I'm too far north now (Wisconsin) and Pick 'N Save is where it's at now.
