  1. I'm glad that we got some follow-up with Brady, Rachel, Sophia, etc. today, but still no Chad. Go figure ๐Ÿ˜‚ And we got confirmation that Sophia's been faking. I have mixed feelings about her and Rachel possibly teaming up though. I don't mind the story idea, but the problem is I don't particularly like either character all that much. And based on their scenes today, it looks like they're making Sophia go full on psycho too, which I think is a mistake. It kinda handcuffs her character, and it would seem very Ron-like lol Speaking of Ron-like, Leo and Marlena's scenes today were another example of that. But I didn't expect Kate and Maggie to go head to head and I didn't mind that at all. I actually thought it was one of the best parts of today, mainly because of what it could lead to. It opens up a lot of story possibilities for both characters and everyone around them. And it would be a much better use of Kate. She's finally back in her element now that she's working for Titan again and I'd love to see more of that onscreen. And I like that she, and Roman, got to catch up with their great-granddaughter. Btw, Ari was 110% correct today! Both about Holly and about Leo. I couldn't be happier that she still doesn't care for him because of everything that he did to Will and Sonny. On a day that seemed Ron-like, this was something that was very unRon-like and I was glad to see it. I wouldn't mind her interning at Dimera either. Maggie was also used effectively with Brady as well. I liked that he had someone to talk about everything that happened with Marlena and Rachel. But I still think that John's death and its aftermath should be a bigger part in every storyline that involves Marlena and her family. It would be the one dynamic that could better tie all of these storylines together under one big umbrella. All of these storylines still seem a little all over the place to me, IMO, and they shouldn't be. And yes Brady, it is time for you to get your own place ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Dimitri-Andrew ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I would post it, but I can't find the spoiler tag ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  2. Sorry, but Rachel got exactly what she deserved today. I couldn't be happier to finally see her get locked up in Bayview where she belongs. This was a long time coming. It's good drama too. The acting was pretty good, both from Rachel and Brady, especially at the end of their scenes. And it's always good to see Brady act like a parent. Brady giving Rachel a gift that John gave him when he was a kid was really sweet too. And I'm curious to see if anything's going to happen with Rachel and Sophia. I also enjoyed Marlena and Kayla's conversation. Marlena finally got the chance to explain how she's been feeling since everything about Rachel was revealed. I'm glad that she had Kayla to confide in, and that she was able to sit down with Brady and start discussing everything that she did. I'm interested in seeing what happens next for the two of them, especially now that Brady's told her that he doesn't want her involved in Rachel's care. I just hope that her Lyme disease diagnosis leads to something more and something bigger being revealed. Just having Marlena's illness be Lyme disease would be a letdown. And while I'm not too sure about this, "It's all EJ's fault" dynamic that they've introduced into this storyline, I wouldn't mind Kayla being a part of the investigation about the lab. But as always, Gwen and Leo/Javi were unnecessary. Even if I liked them, they wouldn't have been necessary today. And yeah, with all this talk about Chad, we really should have seen him.
  3. For the first time in a long time, I actually found Derek and Ashley interesting ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I enjoyed Shanice comforting her at the end as well. Btw, I'd rather see Shanice with Ted, then June. As for Bill and Vernon, I was once again reminded as to why I've been Team Bill from the very beginning. The Real Housewives added nothing to today though.
  4. I'll always enjoy a Quartermaine Thanksgiving. And even though I would've liked to have actually seen Ned in the hospital as a patient, I'm glad that he's doing well, and that Gio was a part of the festivities as well. It's about time that he spent some time with his normal grandfather ๐Ÿ˜‚ The cliffhanger ending was good as well.
  5. Watching soaps basically taught me how to write this genre. And yes, I did learn more about sex, and sexuality in general, from soaps than I ever did from school, parents, etc. In hindsight, I might have been a little too young though ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I'm sure there were plenty of other things that I learned as well.
  6. It's been a while, hasn't it? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Another change since Ron left ๐Ÿ˜‚
  7. Hmmmm... you like underwear as much as I like undressing? ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  8. Today was a bit of a mixed bag. Not much happened. And we definitely should have gotten some follow-up with Chad, Tony and Kristen. But poor Xander. He did look hot at the beginning though ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ And while I don't mind him moving on with someone else, for a little while anyway, I really wish that it wasn't with Gwen. There are other people on the canvas that he can be paired with, and other people who could have comforted him today. Stephanie, for example. And I did like the dorkiness of Maggie, Sarah and Holly. It's always nice to see Maggie catch up with her family. Btw, was the mention of Joe and Vic supposed to be foreshadowing? I was also liking the dynamic between Abe and Theo, and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens, and if or how it's going to be tied to everything that EJ is doing at the clinic.
  9. Happy Birthday Robert Irwin! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
  10. That too ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ He's grown on me, but yeah, they're kinda wasting him. I mean, what was even the point of giving Javi a backstory about him having had a child that died if he was gonna lose another one and be totally fine with it?
  11. They need more drama and conflict
  12. "It's under my mother's name." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  13. The proposal didn't do much for me either, and it probably wouldn't have even if I liked the couple. There's still so much drama that can be drawn from the aftermath of Javi and Leo losing the baby, and basically forgetting about it, and having them be so happy and engaged, is not the way to go.
  14. I was really liking the circumstances surrounding the Horton family Thanksgiving today. It all felt like real family drama. I like how it was broken down between Jennifer trying to get Thomas over his anger about Chad, and Jack explaining to Julie why he and Jennifer are going ahead with the lawsuit, and how they eventually all reacted to Chad not showing up for dinner. Iโ€™m glad that weโ€™re finally getting Jackโ€™s POV in this storyline. It definitely needs to have a bigger part in it. And all the talk about Doug was really sweet ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š The green color in the dining room was a little ugly though ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ But Iโ€™m also glad that JJ was included. And that he found out about Philip and Gabi. I wouldnโ€™t mind a Philip/Gabi/JJ triangle. Thereโ€™s a lot that can be done with the three of them. And I did kind of like the nerdiness of the Hernandez family Thanksgiving as well, even though Leo was annoying, and I really, really hope he doesnโ€™t hurt Javi in the end. But I agree Javi, stop freeloading off your cousin and get your own place ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Btw, did they forget that Philip is Ariannaโ€™s uncle? The cliffhanger ending with Chad was good as well.
  15. Damn. That's sooner that I thought lol
  16. Happy Thanksgiving yโ€™all ๐Ÿฆƒ๐Ÿฆƒ And Days finally used an establishing shot that had snow in it ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ There was a strong family element that was weaved through the entire episode today. I liked how everybody came together for the holiday and how they were all there for each other. Marlenaโ€™s family coming together at the hospital for her and for Rachel was the best part of today. All the talk of John and how this is their first holiday without him was really sweet too. And now that Marlena confessed to Brady and Belle that she knew all along that Rachel shot EJ, Iโ€™m interested in seeing what happens next for all of them. Itโ€™s good family drama and I hope to see it play out. It could even tied to whateverโ€™s going on with Marlena somehow. The acting was very good in those scenes as well. And I did like the scenes of Tate at Rachelโ€™s bedside, promising to be there for her. I still think the little demon deserves to get locked up in Bayview though ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ And while I liked the foreshadowing with Stephanie and Alex, I still think that they deserve a better storyline than this.
  17. Then again, I canโ€™t really see them as a couple but I wouldnโ€™t mind something else happening between them ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  18. I just hope itโ€™s better than the last time
  19. I do remember thinking that he was better than that kid with the Justin Bieber haircut ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  20. Today was mostly a buildup day, for some storylines and for some couples. Not much happened, but I didn't think it was bad. All the talk about Doug was really sweet. I liked how Jennifer was there to comfort Julie and that they were both there to comfort Thomas and Charlotte about Chad. Julie, basically taking Chad's side over Jennifer was the right decision as well. And while I'm glad that Chad is going to be spending Thanksgiving with his kids, I do hope that there's still a custody fight between him and Jennifer. Jennifer didn't seem douchy today either. I'm glad that Brady told Sarah the truth about what his awful child did to her and that he apologized for it. I also liked that he told her about EJ as well. The fact that he's not trying to cover up the shooting with anybody feels like another example of Brady being a mature parent, and I couldn't be happier that this writer change, and the change of treating Rachel's problems seriously instead of like a big joke, are sticking. But I did kinda feel bad for Xander after Sarah blew him off, and also at the ending too, when he had nobody. Trivia night at the Pub seemed a little random though, but I did enjoy the dorkiness of it lol and I'm actually starting to enjoy Philip and Gabi a little bit too. But I hink JJ should be in their orbit somehow. And I know that this is a nitpick, but where did Roman get a microphone? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  21. I kinda want them to have a one night stand now ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
