  1. I guess Sam/Dante was a little forced, but I think they seem like a good fit. And luckily, it was MUCH less forced then the Michael/Willow stuff last year.
  2. Now that I think about it, I have no idea lol I'll have to go back and look. And yeah, he did own Shenanigans, I guess, after Anderson was phased out
  3. I'm over Kristen and Susan. The whole thing is just tedious and uninteresting at this point. There had to have been another, better way to provide conflict for Brady and Kristen, and possibly reunite Brady and Chloe.
  4. What ever happened to Anderson? Did the company just suddenly stop being mentioned or did Stefano or somebody get their hands on it? He developed a solar generator
  5. Yeah. And then Sam, then Molly, then Maxie, now Sasha lol
  6. Yeah I guess it did take a long time for them too. But from what I've seen, it looked to me like some part of Dorian did care for Viki back then, despite disliking her so much. Especially after it came out that Victor molested Viki
  7. Agreed on all your points. I've always liked Britt. She's always been sort of that gray character that soaps needs and she can go head to head with Jason, as opposed to Sam who just enables him. I do see some chemistry between Dante and Sam. Not a lot, but they seem like a good fit. Gladys has no purpose whatsoever, yet they keep trying to weave her in. I don't think it'll ever work either. Brando would have a purpose, but they keep changing his storyline. How many pairings have they teased with him already? Again, it seems like the actor was hired before the character was even created and now they don't know what to do with him. That's happened a lot under Frank.
  8. Viki and Dorian, hands down. Other ones that I've liked were... Sami and Kate, Days Abby and Gabi, Days Tracy and Monica, GH And although it took a long time, Stephanie and Brooke, B&B
  9. That storyline went ultimately nowhere either. I just checked the dates on AWHP. Nikolai came on April 1 and left May 14.
  10. I don't think so. IIRC, munecojim had uploaded pretty much all of June-December 1986. Those 1982 episodes are new though
  11. She was a playwright, so it's possible Rauch was trying to recreate the same magic that he had with Lemay, but it ended up being a mess. From what I've read and seen, it seemed she had no sense of pacing or characterization. Pete and Diana were madly in love and were planning to get married only two months after they met, Bob and Quinn were having an affair just weeks after they met, Rachel and the Russian artist, the lady that replaced Pat at Brava. It's like everything was over before it even began. There was no time for fans to invest in all these characters and they tuned out. I honestly don't blame them lol But as I watch these episodes, I do have to admit Jacker really did seem to have a good handle on the Blaine/Sandy/Cecile triangle.
  12. Wow, this is great! Thanks for posting @watson71. It's always great when a "new" episode gets found. Not only did the show go overboard with new characters in 1982, it also did seem to be take a much darker turn, even darker than the year before. It'll probably forever be an unsolved mystery, but I'd love to know what Corinne Jacker and Paul Rauch thought they were doing, or tried to do with this year. I know Jacker was quoted in saying that she hated her time on AW, but my question is why did she hate it? I also find it interesting how Loretta was killed in the middle of an episode instead of at the end.
  13. Idk. I guess I see some because they both come off as so moody and depressing lol they'd be a good fit
  14. That's what I'm afraid of too
  15. Gotta to be honest, I'm really starting to ship Jason/Britt and Sam/Dante
  16. Should've known there was going to be an April Fool's episode And, attaboy Theo! Don't let the serial killer intimidate you!
  17. Well... I guess I do need to get back to the doctor's office lol
  18. Yes 😂
  19. Not often, but I saw a word that I liked 😂😂
  20. Days: TomSell seemed to struggle with John once the initial Kristen return storyline ended. He was written out, only to come back and be written into a coma. GH: Chris Van Etten and the character of Dev Jean Passanante and Shelly Altman and Kristina SB: Anna Howard Bailey and Brick and Santana
  21. All this talk of hunky male nurses in the Covid thread... 😍😂
  22. You never know, somebody may get the idea someday 😂
