My machine for whatever reason switched off last night. I switched it back on so it should be online.

I like the occasional dressing down of Carly like what happened today, but I hate that the writers will only have it delivered by characters who are very much unpopular and in the "wrong", so when they realize the error of their ways, Carly will inevitably come out as abrasive, but "right" all along, and all of her shortcomings will be magically swept under the rug again. I would have been on team Willow if this argument was about her defending Nina a few years ago, but she is defending Drewfus.

I tuned into the Mark Grossman interview hoping we'd get to know more about him, but I felt like MB was talking about himself for most of it... It would've been interesting if he let Mark delve a bit more into his grieving process over his brother's death but the interview was cut short.

I'm just glad the season of single-shoulder cocktail dresses seems to have gone. Claire's Pollyanna wardrobe remains to be a disaster. We need Mike Denney as his other half back.

Not sure if this is sarcasm haha, but seriously, of all the drama in Rick and Amber's marriage, I can only cop out Amber being completely at fault for: The Little Eric baby switch. Her kissing Deacon and getting matching tattoos in Vegas. Amber can't be fully at fault nor Rick has any place to give Amber "another chance" for: Her getting hooked on pills for dealing with her physical and emotional pain over the loss of her second child. Her suspecting Erica from the beginning and being set up by Sheila. Her ex leaking a private adult video of her without her consent, and while she was underage at that. Her mental breakdown leading to her losing custody of Little Eric because of Brooke and Rick pushing the case so hard against Deacon and Macy, when Amber was willing to level with both of them.

2004 B&B: I will never understand how the characters didn't go nearly as hard on Rick pursuing Caitlin as opposed to Amber pursuing Thomas. It's based on the whole narrative that "it's ok because Rick is a good man and Amber is a troublemaking gold digger", which hardly, because the entire time Rick was married to Amber he would blame her for things that weren't even her fault. Even when he was proved to be wrong, he walked out of it like he was giving Amber "another chance". He left Amber when she was clearly having a nervous breakdown over losing custody of Little Eric, something that was set in motion by him and Brooke.
