I think part of that has to do with Hank Cheyne looking a bit older than he really was, both on AW and SUN. He and Ellen Wheeler are three years apart in age, from all the online sources I could find (born in 1958 and 1961, respectively).

I still remember the moment Alan saw Rick in the halls of GH in 2002. The look on his face just screamed, "You've got to be kidding me!" 😂 I know Chris Robinson was brought back to facilitate Genie Francis' exit, but what a horrible story. Everyone involved deserved better.

I did not like the second Capwell mansion set. The first one was so authentic to California and to the Capwells themselves. I think as the show went into the 1990s, almost all of the sets became homogenized - which is a shame.
