You speak no lies! I've been watching a lot of old Emmerdale Farm episodes lately, from the 1970s and early 1980s, and it's like night and day. It was so bloody good back then. And now it's just a mess.....

She just kept up the lie that Taylor started. It was Taylor herself that told Ridge that Thorne was the father of her unborn baby. Sure, Brooke took advantage of the situation and moved up her wedding to Ridge when Taylor started having second thoughts, but to lie about Thomas' paternity was Taylor's idea from the start, albeit with a hefty dose of encouragement from Thorne. And like you said, Brooke and the kids got on fine when Taylor was "dead". But the moment Taylor came back they immediately started to whine about having mommy and daddy back together. The fact that they were half-grown at that time, and that they had a younger brother (R.J.) who had much greater need for his parents to stay together than they did, didn't bother them at all. The way they, and Stephanie, completely disregarded R.J's needs and feelings was disgusting.

O joy, Charity's pregnant....again. You'd think she was old enough to have learned about contraceptives by now. It's just what this show needs....another Dingle brat. Happy anniversary!

Like Brooke does. Steffy's history doesn't exactly give her any moral high ground from which she can judge Brooke, and as far as Thomas goes.... after what he has put Brooke and especially Hope through, I'm surprised she even tolerates him.

And they do the same to her, so let's not act like they're sweet little angels.....

Maybe because Hope has been nicer to Ridge than Steffy and Thomas have been to Brooke....🤔
