  1. Listening to a classical music playlist while reading and this song caught my attention because it resembles a slowed down version of the All My Children theme ...
  2. As an actress, she's so underrated and I'll miss her tremendously. She always brings 100% and delivers every time and to do that with the craziness of Hollyoaks is no easy feat. On the other hand, her and Tony still being together is beyond ridiculous so ending them is welcome, but I fear with four kids, especially little Eva, her death is probably imminent. I would love to be wrong on that count though. I also hope this doesn't mean they try and attempt putting Mercedes with Tony anywhere down the line. Them almost having a child together, twice at my count, was bad enough. Since Claire Sweeney is leaving Corrie too, I wonder if the hopes/rumours of Brookside potentially returning could have merit. If not, I'd love to see Alex Fletcher heading a new family on Emmerdale. Has that show ever had scousers?

  7. K - Keith Charles (Six Feet Under)
  8. Yankee Doodle Dandy (1942)
  9. I thought my hatred of that problem child demon was well in the past, but the mere mention of his name sent shivers down my spine. I rebuke thee!
  10. One of Canada's all time greatest treasures. Even as a kid watching her in Home Alone and Beetlejuice, it was easy to realize how wonderful she was. How amazing that she got a beautiful second wind with Schitt's Creek and her rightful praise and accolades that accompanied her afterwards. They'll never be another like her. I thought about her frequently in fondness, and now I'll remember her forever. Thank you Catherine O'Hara for gracing us with your expert talent as an actress and comedienne. I already know when I watch TCM Remembers 2026, the sight of her will hit me like a ton of bricks all over again.
  11. She has a weird delivery everytime the appears. She is awful. I hate her on this show. AXE her!
  12. Since 2016. To be fair, they've hinted at all the missing DiMeras being a possibility.
  13. I also sensed some Susan in Kristen's mannerisms today, especially the way she moved her mouth/teeth. I think Haiduk just couldn't shake her off for whatever reason. She also seemed to have trouble remembering her lines today, with all her weird pauses. And in what feels like a personal affront, Kristen had on nail polish today. Sure, go for months and months with nothing, then she's kidnapped from prison and voila, nail polish. I feel personally targeted by this clear form of psychological torment. Anyway, I really liked the Sarah/Eric scenes touching on their history together, and we finally got a mention of how Xander tried to kill Eric, too. As a huge Greg Vaughan fan, it was a treat to have him in another episode after all the other returnees have presumably left. I wanted him to deck EJ so badly. However, I don't like any instance where anyone, especially Sarah, says Xander is worse than EJ. That type of hyperbole is so annoying, since EJ is the devil incarnate at this point. Roman being included at the hospital with Marlena was cute. I doubt Stefano is in the tube. I really don't think (more pleadingly hope) that they would ever recast him so I have to pray to the soap gods that something that stupid is just a red herring and not actually on the horizon. EJ was very purposely vague when he alluded to reuniting with whoever it is. I'm along for the ride so far, but I pray it's worthwhile.
