Another good episode Ryan. I noticed on your cast list, you accidentally listed Serena Baldwin as the actress and Ambyr Childers as the character, lol. Great casting of Serena btw. Also you need to add Jack Donner(Alfred) & Blake Gibbons(Coleman) to your recurring characters & the actors who play Alexander and Cassandra. p.s., when are ya gonna update the opening?

New opening is coming over the weekend. Even though I've written off some of the cast, I edited the shots and now the opening is extending past it's time, so I gotta fix it.

I really enjoyed this episode. It was very light considering the subject matter is so heavy, and I really want to see Carly get back on her feet. I dont know why, but when reading these scenes I keep picturing Tamara in the role instead of Laura Wright.

One thing I dont get it is why Nikolas was so hesitant for Jason to see Carly...surely he would know that Jason is the one person who Carly might actually benefit from seeing at a time like this, or is that the point? Nikolas is jealous of Carly and Jason's relationship?

Nikolas is jealous that Carly has withdrawn from him. In the flashback episodes, we revealed that Carly has been leaning heavily on Jason over the past couple of months, and not so much him.

Nikolas wants to be the one to "save" Carly, but Jason is filling that role. You'll see where we're going with this

I'm working on a creative way to do it. It'll probably be a dream sequence since I have no desire to bring Laura out of her catatonic state. I've thrown some ideas around, but nothing really makes sense, lol.

Ryan wants Luke and Kevin together. Luke & Noah are so over....please *hint, hint, wink, wink*

I love the mystery of Cassie and the dark-haired man. So intriguing!!!! For a while, I thought it was gonna turn out that Cassie wasn't really a woman, then I thought Hunter was about to get his face bashed in, then I thought the man beat Cassie (his wife?), then I just stopped trying to figure it out. LOL!!! Good job at keeping the mystery so intense and so intriguing, Ryan!

Interesting concept Roman. I've got a bunch of my own ideas spinning in my head as to how this will turn out. I hope you decide to do make it a slightly longer mini-series.

So Roman and Marlena are enemies, Sami & Eric aren't Roman's children but they're still Marlena's? Billie and Steve (Kiriakis) are related. Hmmm.........interesting.

WSB stands for "World Security Bureau" and it is an elite secret agent type group that Robert and Anna were a part of. It's similar to DAYS' ISA, though I think the WSB was around before the ISA.

Thanks to you Jen, we managed to get this out. Tishy and I ran into writers block on how to continue the damn episodes. Once she heard we were in trouble, it was Jen to the rescue! If it wasn't for you and I brainstorming last night, I doubt this would have gotten posted.

With each episode, you guys hook me even deeper.

First off.....I loved the Stefano/Cassie/Tony scenes. Stefano is manipulating his granddaughter and she's too stupid to see it. However, Stefano has a point. If Tony can protect Hope & Steve, why can't he protect Cassie? Maybe Tony wants Cassie to do the honest thing. It is possible to have one set of standards for your children and a different set for others. I thought it was a nice dynamic to have Cassie stand up to Tony the way she did. You guys have good story potential on your hands.

The scenes with Lucas kinda scared me. I'm anxious to see what he does. He'll he won't do anything that's reprehensible and illegal.....

I think the letter Shawn Sr. wrote to Roman was beautiful. And an excellent signal of passing the torch.

Know what I think of the Victor & Caroline scenes? Great. That's what they were. What happened furthered along the story. Having Victor reflect in front of a woman who has had his heart for decades is was wonderful.

It's scenes like these that "make" a story. You can't just skip over scenes because you don't like a character. It's little moments like in today's episode that help tell more of the story. There is a point to everything (usually), especially in well written blogs, such as SL. Kudos to you both.

As I told Roman, one thing I like to be able to do when reading is to become immersed in what is going on. When reading this episode (and the past couple), everything around me seems to become silent. I can see this playing out in my head. You guys are doing a great job of telling the action, but also leaving some things to the imagination. IMO, that is a big part of being a great writer.

Another thing I want to comment on is the length of episodes. The recent string of episodes have been the perfect length. For those of us who read multiple blogs, it's nice to be able to pop in, read what's going on and still have time to comment and read others.

I can't wait to read tomorrow's episode. If Sami is to die, then I'm glad she is dying for love. Great episode, great story and I can't wait to read more.

The action was very well written. I could see it playing out in my head. I was so happy that everyone got to see Sami...and then you pulled a big one by having her take the bullet for Lucas. Great work guys.

Lulu's a bitch plain and simple. She just met this girl and is rushing to judgment, just because she's friends with someone Lulu doesn't like.

Lulu and Serena were friendly growing up, but they don't remember that. They haven't seen each other in years. But that'll be explored.

Basically, at the party the night before, Lulu ran into Serena while picking a fight with Maxie, and it didn't end well. Lulu was immediately rude to Maxie, and Serena didn't like that.

We're recreating the Luke/Scotty feud...only this time w/ their children.

Is Mikkos alive in your blog? I noticed Helena was talking about him being away, Mikkos was killed in the 80's during the weather machine incident. I'm only bringing that up because I wasn't sure if you brought him back or didn't know.

Do you ever write episode in non-script form? I don't know if it'll make a difference, but I have a hard time getting into the dialouge only episodes. I know you wouldn't change just for me, but do you think you could try it a couple of times?
