  1. BTW the notifications are having huge issue. Ever since the massive logout, whenever I see the red dot, I click on it and if I’m browsing on my laptop it results in an error message. Then I refresh the page and it shows the notifications list correctly. Secondly, even if I have viewed and opened a notification, the next time I open the website (be it on my laptop or phone) I see the red dot again, and it refers to the notification I have already seen. This has been happening for a while, long before the massive logout. Can you solve these issues?
  2. That’s unfortunate and it also means all the more JOEY
  3. Yeah we’ll see. Personally the only thing I like so far is the reaction button. Long overdue. If possible you should also continue discouraging low effort posts. Posting “ICAM” or a simple GIF may be funny once but sometimes it gets overkill. Also getting multiple consecutive posts from the same poster gets overwhelming, they should be combined.
  4. Funny how KK's husband reprises his role on B&B and a few weeks later she lands a soap for the first time in decades. KK was also briefly on B&B in the 2010s, playing Forrester's PR person in a couple of location shoots (she was obviously there to join her husband on his trip). I thought she was definitely better than her days as MacKenzie.
  5. BTW if I were the producers I would be mad at said actor. Not only did she do nothing to hide her joining the show but she also spoiled her first airdate potentially giving away a major spoiler.
  6. Listening to an interview with the B&B casting director, they're over the moon with TK. I'm sure he's a nice guy but he's no Ridge. I'm sad to say I wish RM came back. (as well as HT)
  7. I agree. Kat is the most layered, well-written character on that show. In fact, she's the only reason I watch these days. And the funny thing is I don't even think she's the writers' favorite character to write for. I think it was just by chance they conveyed all their most genuine stories into her, the actress is solid and voila, you have a great character. Very well said.
  8. ICAM. Bill & Hayley have NOTHING going on beside sex. The whole setup was filled with holes. I've come to accept that as the show asking us to suspend our disbelief. Other things were way more laughable. Like 'Val' and 'Sammy' meeting in front of that brick wall (...), Val going 'I just wanted to show you my new look! 🥰' and Sammy: 'BTW I wanted to give you your new ID, coincidentally the picture matches your new look!'. 'Val' considering Joey as a mark was stupid beyond words, because who would consider the town's mobster (his reputation precedes him and any sleuthing) for a scam?! ICAM. When she walked in on Ashley and Greyson, she was smirking. And again she was not listening to Jacob. I cannot stand her. I disagree. The green screen looked very good and I'm glad V&V weren't meeting at Uptown. I don't know what you guys are expecting exactly. That's what I'm hoping given the bland, vanilla actor who was cast!
  9. Precisely. BTG is the only soap I watch and I’m always up to date but still 1 or 2 days behind, and spoiler free. That’s why the monthly thread worked for me. Also I really don’t see what isolated topics could pique my interest. Certainly not Cady McClain’s whereabouts. The Reddit sub forum is like that, where you have multiple topics about the show, but I just stop at the thread titles. We’ll see.
  10. Not too excited about it. Hope the beta test fails lol Jokes aside we’ll see how it goes. I might just be in my Luddist era.
  11. Smitty sends Tyrell and Jessica away or “I’ll have to parent you” - they rightly go to Jessica’s beach house and have sex. In the meantime Samantha can’t even look in the same direction as a boy but she was a debutant this year precisely like Jessica. Make it make sense. In the meantime characters get along so well on this show that I expect an entire musical episode with them singing multiple versions of Kumbaya.
  12. One thing the writers don’t seem to get is that we’ve come a long, long way from the roaring 80s when everyone was drunk on money and the American dream was selling like crazy. These days people hate the rich (well, not enough) because they’ve realized that you don’t get that rich without exploiting labour. So you’ve seen AOC sporting an ‘Eat the rich’ dress at the MET Gala and people like Musk or Bezos are now seen as diabolical hoarders, not as inspirational gurus any longer. In the meantime primetime has thrived recounting stories of everyday life. So… where’s daytime in all of this?
  13. Everyone on this show is so understanding, conciliatory, always up-to-date with therapy speak... Call me old-fashioned but you need at least 1 conflict in an episode, a couple of characters disagreeing on something.
  14. I like that they're framing it as 'anytime' as opposed to 'daytime', it's an appropriate evolution but the promo itself seems to mock the genre.
