Members Ms. Walsh
Nice to see Y&R, ATWT, and GL gain. I hope this continues b/c this week was really great on ATWT. Oh GH! I can't believe it...the minute I stop watching that show, the ratings for it tank. Usually, the opposite happens. GH is proof that bringing back beloved characters doesn't always equal ratings success. Days brought back two beloved characters, and its ratings spiked, so we can only blame GH's decrease on two things: Guza and Phelps. Instead of spending money on wasted talent, they should hire a better HW and EP. GH deserves to be last, as far as I'm concerned.
Administrator Toups Posted July 7, 2006 Administrator Share Posted July 7, 2006 I really hope we never see Maurice Benard's manic depression story ever again. The 10th time is enough! GL got a 2.3 once again, it sucked to have the show getting a 2.1 or 2.2 these past weeks. Those 3 shows are my current favorites and it sucks for the ABC ones. OLTL and GH are way better than those 4 shows between Y&R and GH AMC is sucking ass lately yet it's doing better than those two...

Members Wendy
Wow, even the soaps that did "well" have sucktastic daily numbers. It hurts to see daytime faltering so much. That said? BWAH!!! to GH. Sick of ads that promise one thing and deliver garbage and misery. Sick of SSDD. Sick of nothing in the way of happiness or romance. Of course, GH also had a miserable summer LAST year - and no one was canned. Maybe THIS summer will be the charm? Right. Sigh.
