I can't wait to see the conclusion of what's happened in the season finale of One Tree Hill. Although I'm spoiled on a weekly basis, being the reporter of some of these CW shows, I am still glad to see that they have been brought back for another season.

What I want to know is how Dan is going to handle realizing someone knows he killed Keith...I pretty much figured that someone who was still in the school could have seen what happened.

I know some of you are waiting to see who else is going to be pregnant....

This season will have some interesting surprises... :D

I can't wait to find out who is pregnant but I have a feeling it is not who we think it will be. I know that they ended with the possiblity of three people, but so many people had the same purse and it could be anyone. So I really don't think it's any of them and it's someone out in left field. It's just a hunch though.

I miss Keith. Why did he leave anyway, did he want too or was it "budget cuts"?

Is the show on Wednesday at nine or eight? I am hoping Eight, because I really like Justice which is on at nine.

Dan's a survivor.

On to the premiere. It was okay, not great. OTH season premieres are always momentum killing let downs. Taking place too long after the finale, with stupid inserted flashbacks.

Liking the Rachel - Brook friendship continuing. Like her moving in.

Brook's the pregnant one!! I'm very happy over this.

I have to agree. nothing fit for me. It just seemed so blaze. Nothing really happening and I thought most of the motivations for what the characters were doing were incrediablly weak. Brooke broke up with Lucas why? for what reason? was it because she thought she was pregnant?

Suddenly Lucas and Peyton are attached to the hip because she hugged him at the hospital.

The only things that made sense were Deb, Dan and Karen's scenes. Those were the best part of the premiere.

I love me some Lucas and I think Chad at the end of it did do some pretty good scenes but the voice over stuff did nothing for me. Usually his voice overs are insightful, intelligent and human and some how relate to the show. But this one showed no corraltion to the show at all to me.

Hayley was too shelf righteous for my taste even if she did have the moral high ground.

The Peyton/Lucas/Brooke tri is getting annoying and I'm soo not looking forward to Peyton's half brother or what of you.

James Lafferty does nothing for me. Threw out the entire episode I was waiting to see something from him and he did nothing to show me that he was suffering from what happended. Had not been for the flashbacks I wouldn't have known something was even wrong with him and I can't for the life of me remember any time where he has shown any depth to the character of Nathan. In the past three years of watching this show I can't remember one time.

I'm really liking Racheal this season she has grown on me.

OTH got a 2.6 for households.

The only good characters they have are rachael, dan, deb, karen, hayley, and lucas(sometimes). Everyone else is dullsville to me. I really hope they eventually put hayley with lucas, I think they would be great together. I actually wanted dan to get back with karen, but then the dumb writers wrote his character into a corner so there's no way thats gonna happen. An they better not attempt to put them together only for karen to find out he shot keith, that would piss me off. Unless karen knows that dan shot keith so she dates him and uses/make his life hell tell she finally reveals it to him in a very shocking way, I'll be all for that.

    • Thank you. I know we're all supposed to see that BTG is progressive when it comes to queer characters, but it's telling that they won't commit to showcasing gay or bi males who are single and looking. That relationship couldn't be any more traditional. Will we ever get a bedroom scene with Smitty and Martin? I have my doubts.
    • This is a pretty huge thing IMO, but I guess we will see what happens? Can't get any worse then already.
    • This can be difficult for a soap to depict. So far she's only shown an interest in women. Will a man come into her life? If she commits to a male, there will be  backlash, but if it's women only, them where is the bi/queer aspect? Personally, I would have liked a single gay male on the show dealing with hook ups/relationships etc. Smitty/Martin married with kids is limiting in those terms.
    • Of course, how could I have forgotten those thrilling episodes depicting the fire? Also we had the GCAC rooftop set that came out every Summer. Moving on to Friday's episode. Victor is propped in his chair, answers his cell and tells the caller 'Let him in'. Seconds later Kyle enters. So does Victor have security on the front porch? It would have been better had Victor taken the call, and then said to himself 'Well Kyle, let's see what you have to say'and fade out. Next scene Kyle enters, indicating that the first call was from the Ranch entrance and time had passed . Nit picky but I get frustrated when they do stuff like that.
    • Jordan was gone from '87 to mid-'89. He left just weeks after Robert's late '86 return.
    • Jordana Brewster is making a new movie. https://deadline.com/2025/06/rob-riggle-jordana-brewster-the-pirate-king-1236426287/ Kelly Rutherford posing for a magazine cover with her son. Kelly Rutherford Photographed with Model Son Hermés, 18, Years After Custody Battle
    • I don't think Chelsea has a true label just yet. She's just finding out she has an interest in women. I think the awkwardness is aligned with the character as we've seen. This is the fool who keeps filming her family when embarrassing things happen and live streaming it. I actually think it's refreshing she isn't just jumping into a relationship  and that they're playing the beats of her trying to figure out who she is.
    • Wow, do I agree with you. Chelsea is coming off as ridiculous. All she does is look for a woman to date while not caring about her business at all. That she's bi is great, but they're not writing her like she's bi. She seems to be lesbian. Yeah, I know -- "no labels." I just don't find the writing for her story to be anything other than awkward.   -- I hope we get some diagnosis finality with Bill's trip to the hospital. I don't want to see these trips to the ER every other day. -- Naomi is going to blame herself for Bill's health problems? GMAB. -- Ashley doesn't read as a real nurse in the slightest. -- Another day, another rinse and repeat conversation with Derek and Ashley. YAWN. -- Kat is making mistakes, but she's fun to watch and listen to, regardless. -- I still think the Joey/Vanessa/Doug gambling story sucks. I know Doug is deeply in debt, but I don't like him acting this meek and submissive.  -- I'm not sure what Joey's plan was from the beginning, or why he had to seduce Vanessa at all to get his way. I'm not sure what Vanessa ever saw in Joey -- why doesn't he give her the ick? -- I'm fine with a story where Doug and Vanessa take out Joey.  -- The fades to commercials were pretty bad today.
    •   Victoria's house (that she long ago lived in with Billy) burned down (I think Aunt Jordan set it ablaze?). Victoria briefly moved into the ranch after the fire, with Claire, Johnny and Katie, I think? Mariah and Tessa and baby Aria had been living in the tack house but they bought a house we've never seen and moved there. Victoria, Claire, and Cole then moved into the tack house as soon as Teriah left. I guess Victoria's children Johnny and Katie would live with Victoria at the tack house eventually? But Johnny and Katie went to boarding school during the school year. Not sure if we'll see Johnny and Katie for the summer vacation or where they would live.
