-- I really wanted Darlene to shove that chocolate cake in Leslie's face.

I was waiting for that! They missed such an opportunity. It would have only added to the animosity between Leslie/Eva and Darlene/Izaiah.

Jacob and Kat? I know some on this board were pushing that at one time. Is it really going to happen? I was against it before, but am now okay with it after the way they've written both Jacob and Naomi since.

This Bill/Hayley think is too much. It's been the same scenes now for 6 months. Either "Kill Bill" or exposer her! Enough already. Boring at this point.

Haley is so inept I can't help but chuckle. I hope that little bottle doesn't break inbetwix there.

Im rooting for Leslie when it comes to Darlene. She's protecting Eva.

-- I'm still wondering what article Smitty is writing about the Red Market. He's still working on it and hoping to include info on The Impaler? OK then.

I haven't been able to watch lately, so I'm following along by reading recaps and SON threads. Is Smitty supposed to be the next Ronan Farrow writing a longterm investigative story?

I thought Leslie was going to throw the rest of Darlene's cake in the trash. Once again Leslie succeeded in pushing someone's buttons and she knew just what to say to Darlene to make her feel some type of way.

Bill being so accepting of Hayley declining a family event on his behalf was too passive a move for that character. When it comes to anything involving his daughters, Bill is usually more unwavering than that.

Not one person seems to understand why Jacob might be deeply traumatized that his best friend was murdered.

I truly wish that Jacob and Derek had more 1:1 scenes that wasn't Jacob lambasting Derek for not being a doormat for Ashley like he was for Naomi.

I'm hoping this story will finally wake Jacob up to the fact that Naomi doesn't truly value her husband. It's an element that has been apparent since day 1 of the show. She's a lot more like her father Bill then she would like to admit.

@Melroser Since episode 150/151, the Hayley story has been in a Passions like hamster wheel.. and we're almost to episode 300 so it has been more than six months. The only thing I liked in that story was Lynette and just when it seemed like we would have movement.. she literally vanishes.

The Darlene/Eva/SPS/Iziah story should be getting more focus.. especially since it's a non-Dupree story and I would like to know what exactly it is about Eva that Darlene has a problem with. Is it just because of who her mother is, or is it due to possibly something from Darlene's past?
