A 12-foot cord, sound luxurious.🔌

And, I am always nostalgic for when Tuesdays meant the new Digest, SON, and bag of red jelly beans.  But, I'm also grateful that the change from monoculture allows the consumer to have the expectation that content should meet their needs for entertainment.

I did always love Tuesdays because the new SOD was in lol.  I had a full box of them plus SON and SOW from the 90's and when my parents "helped" me move out of my apartment they threw them away😭. Sadly, I have lost all Carrie Brady and Brenda Barrett "style tips" from 1997.

I've had Peacock since the beginning for sports and it's always been a hot mess.  I am like the only person on earth watching figure skating and days, but I get a Dateline episode in my feed instead lol.

I worked at a grocery store in high school and constantly read the soap mags between customers 😂

LOL!  I think I just became a boomer in this moment and I am not even old enough.  If it shows up on my TV, I am good.  I remember the days I had to walk through 12 feet of snow to plug my computer into dial up to the discussion boards and actually had to read Soap Opera Digest for spoilers. 😂

LOL!!! I was just thinking of SOD today. A time...

I used to "casually" read them in line hoping no one would notice.  I had a PO Box because of where I lived back in the day and I was sure my postmaster judged me for getting 3 soap magazines every week.😂

To no one's surprise, I was the annoying teen waiting for the magazines to get unpacked and shelved.  I would apologize, but that grocery store closed.

Thanks, I used guys kissing as a metaphor, but if Hulu knows that I'm not going to watch football, and Spotify knows I don't like Ethel Merman, Peacock should feed me a few more shirtless dudes on DAYS.  We pay for personalization, the content pays for itself. 😉

Lol. Yep.

I would definitely be mad when the magazines weren't stocked at the correct time.

Well, it was usually Thursday (except for when I lived in NYC) for me, but I feel all of this. Or when I had a subscription and would get irked at my local post office (since one of my jobs is in the postal department) with them misplacing the magazines. A time! lol.

Tate, you are NOT the father.

Too bad Leo Howard’s acting kinda messed up those scenes, once again lol I never got the impression that Tate was angry or upset about the baby. That laid back, carefree style was not a good choice for today. And him being more concerned about Holly didn’t help all that much either. As stunningly beautiful as Leo Howard is lol maybe it’s time to recast. Or if anything, his and Holly’s selfishness should continue to play more into their storylines. It could lead to something good happening once everyone finds out the truth about the baby.

Tate rushing to the airport to try to stop Holly from leaving felt like classic soap though.

And while I don’t agree with this storyline, I did enjoy seeing Chad and Jennifer go head to head over Thomas. I’m glad that he had Marlena to counsel him though and that little demon Rachel apologized to Thomas. But I don’t know about her trying to corrupt Thomas. We definitely don’t need him to become a nasty little s*it either lol

And yeah, I actually don’t see that much chemistry between EJ and Cat. He has more chemistry with Stephanie.

I am absolutely expecting a story now where Cat is pregnant and to protect Thomas keeps it from Chad, with EJ enabling by pretending to be the father to keep the Dimera baby in the family

I could see Cat being pregnant too, but I was thinking Rafe would say he's the father.  Rafe loves pretending to be kid's fathers and GG hasn't had anything to do in months.  EJ has multiple things going on.

@AbcNbc247 - I have done some Cat math in the spoiler section, which may be of interest.

Yep, Thursdays for me in the beginning! It'd come in my mailbox days before it hit the shelves. I got a subscription to SOD for Christmas from my mom... and a couple years later, she's still "surprised" when I come out as gay. 😂😂  Okay, ma...

I hope not 😂

I kinda don't want another baby storyline on Days, but if there is, I'd rather it be Stephanie's

Thanks! I've been following along 👍

I'm guessing that by this point, ALM re-signed.

Ironic. When I asked for a subscription for Christmas, I didn't even know yet 😂😂😂😂
