Doug was in scene with Hayley right before he died. There was no indication that he knew her other than being Bill's new wife

was it nonsense though bc she was right. As they were speaking Dani made her way to Bill's office and he was tonguing her down. Hayley is insecure but she's been correctly calling it

Yeah like all of Haley’s insecurities about Bill and Dani have actually been proven true ESPECIALLY since Chelsea’s kidnapping.

You've made a lot of comments about poor breakdowns by "the writer" and Giddens. Respectfully, I don't get it. Can you explain what you mean and how these breakdowns could be better?

-- I had to laugh when Smitty put the lasagna on the table. Not only was there no pad under it, but Smitty wasn't wearing any gloves or using a towel to protect his hands. Maybe they like cold lasagna.

-- Other times, we've seen Samantha and Tyrell clear the table. This time, no. Smitty says they should leave it all until the morning. Yeah, that leftover lasagna will be fine.

-- Randy does some dumb things. When he saw Joey and Vanessa kissing, why not back out of the room? Is he really wise to trust anything about Joey?

-- On the other hand, if Randy is Joey's right hand, that entire operation is in trouble. "Hey. Randy, close up for me." 😂

-- Vanessa continues to be a ridiculous slut to me. She doesn't want Donnell to know about her and Joey. Then why did she embrace Joey by grabbing his neck the other day -- right in front of Donnell? And she doesn't want Joey to break up with her, which means she's OK being with a criminal.

-- I'm so glad to see this Hayley turn, because what we were seeing wasn't working.

-- Dani and Bill do have great chemistry, but I still hate to see Dani go back to a guy who treated her so miserably during their marriage.

-- The Anita/impersonator stuff is fun and I'm ok with it, but it still stretches belief that Anita Dupree would have regular calls with her female impersonator.

-- Closing Orphey Gene's gave Vernon and Anita a nice romantic moment when the lights were down, and it did enable some filming without extras.

-- On the other hand, it's kind of presumptuous -- but very WE'RE THE DUPREES -- to think the world revolves around them. Privileged, indeed.

Yeeeah after a rewatch, I don't think I want Bill and Dani back together (at least not yet so staying TeamAndre), but I do love to see Karla and Timon work.

I respectfully disagree. The audience has been given subtle hints about Haley all along based on her actions. It's only been a matter of when everything when her secrets would be revealed. 

I'm reading Hayley as genuinely in love with Bill and lashing out, not a con artist. He's been gaslighting her by acting like she's being paranoid when he knows he did kiss Dani. Go Hayley.
