I am catching up on BTG still, but I also still watch GH off and on as I have since '93. I'm also deep in a binge of classic OLTL 1991 and some '80s material, like Eterna.

I had figured the 200 episode pick-up for season 1 was a start up to get the cast and crew adjusted to the rigors of daytime filming/producing.. and that we would be getting more pre-emptions.  I think we've had at least 15 days at minimum (the two holiday weeks, Memorial day, and also March madness and the soccer playoffs).  So I suspect Turkey week and Christmas week will probably result in pre-emptions for part of each of those weeks.

Love it. I had fun watching those Eterna clips myself last year. I still love any storyline with both Gabrielle and Tina.

I'm definitely intrigued how true Karla's knowledge of 238 episodes will turn out to be. Good if true so these week long repeats will now cease. Hopefully.

That is adorable. This show really is bringing the communal spirit of daytime back, storytelling warts and all.

So very adorable how this show keeps fans-fanning. In a way soooo old school.

Ugh I’ve really missed the show this week but luckily GH has been must watch for me with the Drew storyline.

Yeah, I tried to get back into GH around June, then I lost track. But, that does look interesting.

That's because we have been running-joking it for a while.  Nice to see it finally happened. 

Since we still got a few days off and I am about to finally be all caught up, I'll just say I feel like after enduring weeks or months of Alison's actress I owe Michael Michele an apology for all these years of roasts. Damn.

I'm so ready for BtG to return on Monday. I'm hoping it will still be hot fire, whereas I have little hope that Y&R will improve from being mostly hot garbage.
