Well, usually when I see AH it's Anne Heche but that can't be it here, so Alexa Havins? My first thought was Avery Pohl, but that's AP.

Me, I think Alexa & Van & Rory are all great recasts.

I did not care for Babe AT ALL, either. I just love her as Lulu. Babe has nothing to do with Port Charles, thank god. I couldn't stand Babe's mama either.  I have blocked out her name.

-- GH put more thought into Natalia's coffin and the floral spray on top of it than they did her entire storyline.

-- Did GH decide to hate Daniel Goddard as soon as they hired him? I don't know why we keep seeing this pasty white guy with his shirt off over and over.

-- A dog at the Metro Court pool. What in the hell am I watching.

Was last week any good? Any good scenes? Natalia’s death and re-centering Sonny, as well as the laughably bad bar fire episodes, killed all the show’s momentum for me so I didn’t watch.

The stuff with Willow and Drew picking up again and Michael scheming is always what locks me in to watch again these days. That and stuff I think might be good drama with Gio, preferably minus shirt. As opposed to just BLQ and Lulu screaming at each other.

Wow. THAT'S how they dealt with Natalia?

Part of me is shocked. Part of me see the paint-by-numbers of it all.

Oh, well...Lucas and Marco got a cute little meet-cute moment.

And FINALLY Curtis and Portia had it out. And dare I say it...that was the first time Portia actually came across as a villainess I could root for rather than slanted writing making her out to be the villain.

Thanks and you listed all the stuff that interests me (plus Tracy) including Lulu and BLQ screaming at each other lmao

Today’s episode was pretty dreadful. I hate that they’re using Emma as Town Jailbait for both Dalton and Vaughn as part of this convoluted WSB story.

The editing was a mess—we see Marco and Alexis talking in his hotel room while he’s getting texts from Lucas (who, in other scenes, is working a shift at the hospital and sparring with Willow). Then, next thing we know, Lucas is in a suit outside of Marco’s hotel room because he hasn’t heard back from the latter and is heading to Natalia’s funeral (which hasn’t happened yet even though Lucy already left the church). Cut to Marco imprisoned by a bored-looking Jason.

The scenes of Michael explaining to Sonny and Carly why Sasha has to leave town were just awful. Mo at his mumbliest, Rory struggling to sell the weak dialogue, and Laura overcompensating with her trademark broad gestures and facial expressions.

The show was cooking for a while there but it’s hit a rough patch again for sure.

That's my biggest take from today's show. It made me long for this Laura. The "Oh, Sonny, we will always be friends!" Laura is and will always be awful. Those scenes with Rocco were nicely done.

-- Chase looked sooooo good today. Thank you, Josh Swickard.

-- Guys (including Isaiah) should run from Portia. She's always on the rebound, always making wrong and impulsive decisions.

-- Are we supposed to be on Trina's side in her argument with Kai? Because I understand both of their points of view.

I hate Drew so I’m fully on Trina’s side. That’s a total betrayal of your girlfriend’s family. Why would she ever trust or want to be around him again?

Oooo now Portia is starting to sniff around Isaiah.

I agree that the editing was a mess, and they were probably trying to cover too many different stories in today's episode, but I really loved a lot of it. I was especially impressed by the ways that various stories are intersecting right now. We got Rocco running into Sasha and Daisy by the pool and asking lots of questions about the mother-child bond, as he tries to still process the news that Britt was his mother for the first year of his life. And best of all, we get Sonny hearing about the brief abduction of Daisy, deciding it must be mob-related, and abducting Marco in retaliation--not realizing that this was all done by crazy Willow, who was at her most delusional today, playing the innocent victim in her scenes with Isaiah and Lucas.

The show has put a lot of effort into making Lucas and Marco a couple we can root for--they're one of the few couples who get truly romantic scenes on this show--so I'm curious if Sonny and Jason will finally face some negative consequences for their criminal abduction of Marco. By focusing on Lucas's panic when he realizes Marco is missing, they're certainly showing Sonny and Jason's activities in an uglier light than normal.
