June shows up at the very end of the episode and sees Regina sitting at the table!
June says Regina's name, so at least June is somewhat in touch with reality.

The storyline is very similar to Leslie and Ted's in nature and will play similar beats like lost time, reconnection, motherhood, etc.

My only fear is that if June does turn out to be the biological mom of Tyrell and Samantha... and June's sister wants to fight for custody... that Smitty will agree to take  Martin back in order to present themselves as the perfect family when the two should probably break up.

Who knew having Derek dump Ashley would light a fire under the actress since her acting has gotten better since she's been dumped LOL

Samantha looks older than June in closeups.

I agree. I'm not a fan of the direction they are going into. Smells like another secret that will be followed by nothing. They really need to work on how to follow these "reveals". We can't live on culmination to culmination and flatline in between.

Still, I think the show is slowly improving. It's getting entertaining again. They need to cut some dead weight and center the writing... And all will be hunkey dory.

The lack of sets just becomes more evident each day. Of course, we didn't see Naomi at Regina's home and she conveniently tracks down Naomi at Orphey Gene's. I wish they hadn't made a whole thing about Jacob providing Naomi with an address and Naomi going to Regina's home if they weren't going to show it. Obviously, Regina doesn't need a set as she probably won't be a central character, but even I who was quite sympathetic about sets is getting a little turned off by Orphey's.

I think the June parentage reveal will be quit different from the Ted parentage reveal.  Ted's child Eva was already an adult.  The June reveal will (possibly) involve a custody battle with Aunt Regina wanting her nephew Ron/Tyrell and niece Celine/Samantha. And maybe June wanting them, too. 

What if they expose Martin's role in the deaths of Kenny and Kenny's brother?  If that happens, then I can see Regina or June demanding custody of the teens.  Would a judge allow the teens to decide for themselves?

An umbrella aspect would be Naomi being both June's attorney and Vernon's attorney and being caught in the middle -- and how Jacob would react.

I hate to say it, but I still don't care about this June story 😒 Ty and Sam are June's biological children who she willingly gave up and they've been adopted. Sam and Ty have said themselves they are super happy with their lives. I hope they don't push some convoluted custody battle. If Regina and even June want to be part of Sam and Ty's life than fine, but a custody battle over THESE grown kids who are happy and rich is not the story I'm checking for.

Similarly, these timelines and ages are insane. Ty and Sam look super young in those photos and according to Regina they were adopted soon after in a really quick and closed adoption. How old were Smitty and Martin when they adopted? 

 

 

Not Eva asking Ted for money for Leslie. Even after Leslie put her out of the house, Eva is still willing to step up for Leslie.

Tomas is having flashbacks, while Kat is having regrets. I can't wait to see how he reacts when he finds out they are not on the same page.

If Samantha and Tyrell are June's kids, it's hilarious that Samantha's real name is an older sounding one like Cecille considering how people mock how the actress is much to old to play a teen.

Ashley was seriously trying to get Andre to send her to Paris. He really did set her straight with his budget Paris substitute. That is something that is cute when you really can't afford Paris, but from somebody who can afford it's a polite "I don't think so".

Naomi needs an office and living room set ASAP so everything doesn’t happen at Orphey Jean’s.  She has made a booth at the restaurant her office.

It would be a really tricky case. Once a child is adopted the biological parents forfeit any parental rights. Similarly in an adoption, the courts are not required to notify extended family unless they already had some sort of legal custody or were a court-ordered caregiver. Considering their age, the court would factor the children's wishes highly in such a case and in this situation there wouldn't be a case to begin with.

I was surprised by Kat’s reaction and wonder if they would do something surprising and make her the opposite of her model cousin.  She falls for whom ever is near her, and instead have Kat be on the relationship spectrum and either barely feels attracted to anyone physically which is not something they do on US tv regularly.

I'm really glad that she told Ted the money was for her mom. I honestly thought they were going to have Eva ask and treat Ted like an absolute fool as if he couldn't put two and two together. He literally just shut down Dana and now her daughter is asking for money. I thought they were going to make this a whole thing where Ted gets angry with Eva because she asked for money and didn't tell him she was giving it to Dana, but luckily it didn't play out that way.

Also, isn't Ted footing the Bill for Eva's hotel. That's way more than whatever Lesile's rent could be. Ted should have said you love your momma so much than go live with her and I will pay the rent on that apartment and give her some spending money each month in the meantime. It would still come out cheaper than whatever he must be paying for that hotel room.

You mean make her asexual? That would be quite a first for soaps if they go that route.
