So to see someone not enthralled by her first time is refreshing. It doesn't make Kat asexual, rather typical of a lot of people's first time experience.

This might lead to Kat realizing she likes Tomas as a person, but not necessarily a sexual partner. Or maybe she'll go along with it to hold on to him and avoid awkward conversations, convincing herself that her inexperience means she is at fault and things will get better.

The way the show is writing Kat is pretty realistic.. for a soap.  

I think her feelings post sex are realistic considering the fact that she was saving herself for the right time, and the reason she did agree to have sex with Tomas was due to fear and jealousy over potentially losing him to Eva, her half sister rival.

So now she's feeling regret over sacrificing her principles and perhaps deep down realizes that she isn't really into Tomas.

It is episode one hundred today.

Video from April 10 when they filmed the 100th episode, which will air today July 29.  Some of the staff/production/department heads each said something.  Julie Carruthers gave a speech.  Shown are all cast/crew/staff that happened to be on set that day.

While you all enjoyed Episode 32 today, we shot episode 100!!!! To the cast & crew of @beyondthegatescbs …WE ROCK!!!!!! Everyone, all of us…we ALL rock! It takes a village to accomplish what we have and we are only half way through our season!!! *CHEERS TO SHOW 100!!!! 🥂🥂🥂

On today’s episode of Behind Beyond the Gates (I just made that up 😝🤣) I asked a few of our Department Heads in ONE word express how they felt about us shooting show 100 today…this is what they said 😊

I forgot to get myself but my word is INSPIRED! 🙏🏽😊

Thank you @assemblyatlanta for being a great home to us! Thank you @yumbii for the yummy food!

I am okay with Naomi not having an office, based on the kind of law work she does; she willingly turned down a chance at working at Bill's law practice, so her having an office would contradict that decision.

Naomi not having an office featured isn't that big of deal since I assume her line of work would afford her the ability to be at the police station more often.

Some attorneys will frequent the police stations more often in order to gather evidence, represent a client, or to do plea deals directly with law enforcement.   Not all attorneys frequent the police stations at the same rate as other attorneys.. but realistically Naomi would be down at the station more-so then Bill or Tomas.

It would help if they had a coffee shop set like ATWT had with Java or Crimson Lights on Y&R. Orphey Gene's is a great location but I feel like a coffee shop would be better for more quiet meetings like that.

Sometimes it seems like they're using a Y&R model for their main public places.

BTG:  Fairmont Crest Country Club.
Y&R:  Genoa City Athletic Club main floor dining area.

BTG:  Uptown (bar)
Y&R:  the "Neil Winters Jazz Lounge". (Located in the Genoa City Athletic Club lower level)

BTG:  Orphey Gene's Soul Kitchen (diner)
Y&R:  Crimson Lights (coffee shop)
Y&R:  "Society" (restaurant)

summertime set, some years, not every year:
Y&R:  "Dive Bar" (rooftop swimming pool atop the G.C. Athletic Club).
BTG:  I wonder if we will see a summertime set? Maybe next year? We know from character conversations that Bill and Dani once owned a summer residence on the beach in a nearby coastal area.

I am pretty sure we have; I think Tyrell's bedroom is the dining area just redressed/filmed tightly to appear as if it is a separate set.

To me, Orphey Gene's is the answer to Y&R's Crimson Lights; as for Java, the original set was beautiful (so small by the end) and it seemed the shift on the Diner was more used in those final years.
