In the USA, the only place legal appointments are done in public restaurants is fictitious -- and that's on Y&R !!!!   It's an awful thing that many of us Y&R viewers constantly complain about, that Y&R has legal meetings and business executive negotiations in public restaurants.
We know that's because Y&R has limited sets.  But BTG has tons of sets, so it doesn't make sense at all.
