You know I fell over as soon as Devon and Nate finally had it out and said EVERYTHING I was saying for months. I lived.

And I called the Elena thing right then and there. Such a waste.

Yep. Pretty much.

LOL!! I’m catching and saw Tuesday’s episode and was like WTF as well! A whole hour devoted to those two again sniping at each other locked should’ve happened last month with the previous story. Ugh!

Yeah Tuesday’s episode really jacked up the flow of the Damian story as well, especially since it’s been a fresh, grounded and interesting. We talked about how nice warm the Nate, Audra, and Amy scenes have been in contrast to the dark dreariness of Ian & Jordan the month before.

The idea that the Valentine’s Day dreams occurred because they were drugged is unsettling. Now if JG over does it and gets the boot, hey no complaints from me!

THANKFULLY Wednesday (today) episode is back to normal and gave us the highlight of Damian and Lily having dinner.

Sadly it was still better than the [!@#$%^&*] that airs after Y&R and before BTG.

I refuse to watch that garbage until the current grossness subsides.

And finally….NO ONE CARES about Adam & Chelsea!!!!!

Oh, lord...don't tell me he's going to f*ck up the flow of story again. I haven't started this week yet and we know I'm still livid about that second week of February. Speaking of...not him trying to find a lame reason to have that Friday episode that I tuned out of halfway through.

Music to my ears. I'm liking Damian and Lily.

AMEN!!! I was waiting for BTG to start and saw how today ended with them. HELL NO.

Oh hell year for sure! BTG is slowly becoming the new crown gem of CBS, but Y&R still isn't as bad as B&B. Yet 1 out of the 3 is the one that most resembles a soap opera, and it's not the two there are over 50 and pushing 40 years old sadly....

Lol at the special kidnapping episode... Phyllis got in a couple of good lines but I almost turned it off when I saw it was just that story! The set is so one dimensional, it's like it can only be filmed from one angle.

Are there any articles or social media posts about that song? I assume it was a special composition. I heard the word Restless in there...

So I found my answer... Misty Moon by The Sunset Sound featuring Shelby Lynne. Color me surprised, because Shelby Lynne is someone I've actually heard of and I didn't think Y&R used non-generic music anymore.  https://www.celebdirtylaundry.com/2025/the-young-and-the-restless-spoilers-who-is-phyllis-sharons-captor-at-havenhurst-psychiatric-facility/

In the storyline, Sharon and Phyllis remembered it was played at Nikki's MS gala on July 22, 2013 when Phyllis fell down the stairs, but I'm not sure that's actually true. That episode is in the vault and I skimmed it and don't hear it so it could be something they made up now.

2-24

Well, I lasted 2 minutes into those Adam/Chelesa scenes. And that was just on the basis of how good Mark Grossman's arms looked in that shirt. And no, I'm not here for that 'romance.'

Woooow so Giggly Heffa AND Sharon got kidnapped. SMH. I was happy to see Chance connect the dots. And I was here for Mariah speaking for the audience re: Giggly Heffa. Summer don't get to cast stones for her mother given who her mama is. In fact, I enjoyed Mariah vs Summer. Finally, Old Mariah popped out. And trivial note...Josh Morrow looked yummy in that blue shirt.

The highlight...not shocking...was Audra telling the truth about Holden to Nate. I thought it was very well done and there was enough wiggle room in the dialogue for reasons Audra did not think anything of telling Nate about it so bonus points for those of us who would be wondering why she had not said anything at the time besides lazy writing. Nate seem like he forgiven her, but not too sure given the look on his face. And Audra said she was honest so she better have been honest. Because Holden is sure to come after her.

Given what I've glanced from here of 2-25, this week sounds like it will be a chore. Moreso after the awesomeness of BTG's first week.

Are you checking for Mark Grossman? I have never seen it.

Funny thing is, Mark Grossman is about the age Nick would be if Nick wasn't SORASed.

Y&R was mostly garbage time. BtG was a thrill ride.

Nope. Not at all. But I'll give credit to the costume designer when it's due. Both him and Josh Morrow have really been popping in their clothes. And I don't know if it's winter bod or they are doing the process of getting bigger to shed the weight for a summer bod, but I don't find it unattractive. Simply noticeable. Though we know I DO check for Joshua Morrow.

Yeah, it's sounding like no much is going on this week. What a lame February Sweeps.

BTG for sure took Sweeps for me. Like I've been saying, all the other soaps have paled in comparison. Even GH, which 9 times of 10 has the best February Sweeps, has been horrible until mid-month and I can sense that has colored my viewing of it and why it's been dead last for me to watch. Heck B&B is holding my attention more.

Oh, look...Adam and Chelesa...FF.

And the Damian storyline again being the standout this episode. I just know something brewing with the possibility that perhaps I was wrong about Damian being a figurehead, but a man behind another man. Or is he? But Victor is getting roped in so I guess we will see.

And I loved seeing Damian and Lily bonding. And how she can sooth his hurt so that he will open up. Good to see.

Adam and Chelesa. FF.

And I was happy to see Audra and Sally together. And ooooo so Audra DID have a whole relationship with Holden. I figured. More shades to the Damian storyline...which has vanished.

And for what? A SAW (which I love) ripoff. No, ma'am. I do like the angle of who would have Sharon and Giggly Heffa that would know ALL of their rivalry and history together. It definitely doesn't sound like Ian.

    • I think Doug needs to get his own sidepiece, but not Dani. Dani is only tolerable with Andre (and her daughter Chelsea), so let's keep her there. How about Shanice? She seems like she really cares about him as a person.
    • Does anyone know the air date on the very first time Stephanie referred to Brooke as "The Slut from the valley"?
    • Does anyone know the air date of the very first John & Stefano scene? As well as the air date on the very last time they had a scene?

    • The last few episodes have been good; the acting, the emotions. It's nice to see that GH can still do classic soap opera. I do wish that they would respect their long term audience more and do it without all the silly rewrites though. And where do they go from here? I'm a bit pessimistic and fully expect the show to go back to the drama-less, boring mess it usually is. I'm giving it a month, tops.

    • Yes. They were very much out of ideas for Reva by this time. A talk show, blindness...the time travel story... That would have made sense.  (were they acknowledging the Beth/Bill relationship by this point)

    • I can see why the Sam/Amanda story went downhill so fast. Thomas Gibson was a terrible replacement. I don't remember the circumstances of RKK quitting  (if his contract was over or if the departure was more acrimonious), but Gibson just sucks the energy out of every scene. He has no chemistry with anyone.
